While visiting this week, I was lucky enough to find Ivan at Le's Nails from a local barista at Starbucks. Booking was easy and very accommodating. When I arrived to my appointment I was greeted, offered a cold beverage and felt very welcomed. The salon was clean with a nice selection of polish which was even matched to my favorite shade of French Tip Pink. During my service, Ivan took his time to correct a few imperfections from a previous salon and deliver one of the most natural and beautiful nails. He is a very kind and skilled nail tech. This place has all inexperienced nail texts who have no idea what they're doing. They burn you with the Electric nail buffer and cut you with the nail file. They don't know how to do a decent leg or foot massage, and you pay good money to get paraffin wax on your feet only to have them make a mess of it and get it everywhere. They literally set the LED light on top of my feet, ruining my nails every time they put the light on to harden the nail polish and could not figure out how to make it look right. My friend and I took our girls to get their nails done they are 13 years old and they were giving both of them a hard time about the design they wanted and start making fun of them. My friends daughter got her nail drilled into until she bled it hurt her so bad that she didn't even want to stay and finish getting her nails done and both girls had their feelings hurt. I went to go get my nails done today and they cut up my skin, got the glue all over my skin, and they didn't cure my nails fully ,I had to go home and finish curing them. I also had to ask them to get the extra acrylic out from under my nail because there was a lot. And my pinky nails and one of my thumb nails is way longer than the rest of them. There is also dirt on my nail under the clear coat that is not that noticeable but at the same time so noticeable if that makes sense. They ended up kind of cute, but I wouldn't go again, and I would not recommend going there. read more

And from the looks of it she felt extremely entitled and was probably having a bad time prior to her appointment arrival. They said they could've done what she was asking for but they wanted to know what Melissa wanted so they could prep for her. My pedicure was nice the young man did a great job. But I got a powder dip and the older gentleman knicked and cut me so much. Then paid giving him his tip with payment and ask to break another 20 to give to pedicure guy and took 20$ gave me change I was leaving the 10$ he said I didn't give him the 20$. I was trying to explain to other man I did but it didn't matter. He got mad at him but walked back to client and just expected me to pay. I wasn't going to make a scene so it cost me an extra 20$. They were able to accommodate me with a less than 5 minute wait time for a walk in manicure/pedicure. Place was super clean, all employees were wearing masks, the tools came out of sanitized bags and they had liners in the pedicure bowls. My French manicure and pedicure turned out great. The employees were friendly and eager to make sure you were happy with your nails before leaving. No strong chemical smell and I enjoyed the music playlist they had going. I'm glad this place is under new ownership. In the past it was noisy with the game or Fox News on the tv and people shouting back and forth in the 'spa'. It's been a while and I heard they had new owners. Yesterday , I had 2 hours to kill so I made an appointment for manicure, pedicure and face wax. It was 2 hours of relaxation. The 2 women that worked on me (and I needed a lot of work!) were gentle and kind. They didn't make me feel bad because I waited so long to get any work done and I was a mess. The foot and hand massages were divine. The woman that did my waxing was very kind and sweet. The spa was quite and the tv sound was off with a video stream of beautiful scenes from all over the world. All the employees were helpful and pleasant. My daughter and I went to get our toe nails painted and trimmed. I don't like getting pedicures because they never do what I want. So the person taking care of my daughters toes kept speaking in her language and then looking up at her and the person doing mine would say something back and look up at my daughter. Could you be more obvious that you were saying something rude. She dug into my daughters toe and hurt her. While mine apparently didn't know how to trim my toes nails. I've gone twice. Once to get my acrylic nails and once for a fill. They didn't put the polish on my full nail bed the first time, so my grow out looked 3 or 4 days advanced. They're also a little bit pricey. However, they're extremely gentle. They've never hurt me, as some salons that hurry do. They were also willing to attempt a Pinterest idea that required using 5 different nail polishes. It didn't turn out as intended (having the picture probably would have helped), but I'm really happy with the results regardless. read more

Looking for a good nail place and found this little gem recommended by my 9 and 11 year old nieces. Chris welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. My nieces did the Princess Pedi and gel manicure. The lady made them feel relaxed and happy. Chris did a full-set with two color gel and covered rhinestones on both ring fingers. The nails are even in length and color. Chris has an awesome personality also! They have other services available and organic products they sell which they use for their services. I came to this place on Monday to get a pedicure and a fill Chris's wife worked on my hands and did a very awful job I was not satisfied after sitting in her chair for two hours I decided to pay her and leave so I come back today Wednesday and I told Chris please fix my nails because they are ugly he have no problem but his wife came from the back yelling at the top of her longs I thought you were satisfied I told her don't you yell at me I don't like them and I want them fixed she kept yelling on the top of her longs in their language I don't know what she was saying but I know she was mad she grabbed her purse lambda things around and left the I will NEVER EVER go back to this place !!! I wish I could put 0/5. This "business" is a joke. I took my grandma here to simply get her toenails trimmed. One of the workers went in the back and got some guy that was obviously doing nothing. He refused us service, saying that they only do pedicures and that was that. It does say "nails" in big letters on their sign, so I assumed they cut toenails. Guess not... I really don't care what their issue or rule is with trimming nails. It would have taken 20 minutes. She was willing to pay full for something simple which makes her feel better. I don't know if this was elderly discrimination or not. I felt compelled to write this up, though. A nail spa that refuses to trim nails is an absurdity, in my opinion. read more
