Very dirty, never wiped the nail counter down, I could feel prior customers nail dust. No sterilization at all. The sterilizer pouch was already opened when she took the tools out of the bag. When she was done, she wiped tools with alcohol and put them back in the same pouch for the next customer. At one point she dropped them on the floor, just picked them up and continued on. They all Pretend not to speak English and very clever at up charging. Does not want to take no for an answer, get gel, get french, get pedicure, you need , you need. This used to be the best salon in town when it opened, it was beautiful. Now staff sleep on an old sofa and eat ethnic food in plain site. The place is filthy, needs paint, needs glass repaired on broken door, windows dirty, splattered paint on the walls, floor dirty. Dont go here, it is a shame to run a business like this. read more

I went here last minute while I was in town for a wedding. I wanted gel-x but they only had acrylic. Since I was in a pinch, I went with it. When I tell you that I am one month out, and just now going for a fill and have not had ANY lifting, this was the best set I've ever gotten! Ever! (I cannot remember the name of my nail tech, but she sat in the very first table by the door.) I want to add that I am a nurse, so my hands go through endless handwashing and gloves and compressions and opening meds, and not one missing or lifted nail! I am so pleased! Watch out for upcharging . They will pretend they don't speak English and up charge when you did not request it . They will talk you into brighter colors so you have to come back sooner when they start chipping . They will talk you in to anything that costs more . This place is filthy it was beautiful when it first opened but it's trash now they take naps on the couch in the main area they smoke by the front door so you have to inhale cigarette smoke when you walk in and they demand a cash tip . Spent 45 minutes shaping and tearing the skin aroubd my nails. Then, the lady did the worst design possible on my nails, nothing like the picture, yelled at me because I wanted chrome and wanted her to fix the design, which she didn't do. Wow oh wow!!! If I could give a zero this place would get triple Zero! A good friend and I came into get a pedicure, we asked for the classic with gel polish! It was 43.00 a piece! After a long day all we wanted was to sit back and enjoy a comfortable pedicure! Well not what she got! Mine well wasn't so bad, but it still want the best! I watched as she was getting hers! That man did nothing like it should of been! He rushed her through it! He didn't trim or clean up the nails She had to ask for a trim of the nails and he did only the big toe! And that needs to be redone! He paid no attention to what he was doing for her at all! I could tell he was rushing through it and she looked very uncomfortable through it! She wouldn't say anything! But I sure wanted to! But by now it was getting late and we just wanted to get the hell out of there! So I called a couple days later to talk to the manager! They originally put me in a pedicure chair that was wobbling on the floor and didn't even have the massage feature. I have been to Le's twice. It gets 2 stars for being clean and for the staff being friendly. The first time I was here was for a full set. The nails were fine, they were done by the owner but, it took over 2 hours! There is no one at the front desk so he is always getting up asking incoming customers what they want and cashing them and I felt like I was left in the back burner. This second time I came for a pedicure. The technician was really nice but he barely understood English so I had a hard time explaining the specific nail design I wanted. Before the technician started I asked if he could do a specific design n he agreed. The design was super clumpy and it looked like it was done by me at home. The owner came to translate. He removed it and I just told him to do a regular design flower, the ones they do all the time. Point is that I walked in with something that I wanted and left with something I did NOT want. They messed up my nails.. they didn't even put the correct shape and they were more flared out and they were supposed to be coffin shape. I had to file them into a better shape myself and they are still not coffin. I went here in 2016 for a mani & pedi for $75, they charged my card $750. I live 45 mins away so I had to go back, out of my way for them to refund me. I tried giving them another try & went in today 1/25/19 for gel nails or & I had more polish on my skin than my nails. Went there for the first time yesterday I'm sorry I wasn't impressed. They were in such a hurry I didn't feel I had a great pedicure at all. Their were 3 of us together with a appointment & they were still constantly rushed and taking walk ins while people with appointments were still waiting over a hour past their appointment time and constantly being interrupted for them to go help someone else then come back and rush to get us done. It wasn't the relaxing pedicure fun experience you want nor your get to thank you when your done. Why there for my first time. It was clean everyone was friendly. Got there at 6pm didn't get out into 730pm. I paid worry to 92.00 for a step up from the basic pedi and a gel coat over my original nails with gel glitter polish that didn't divert the whole nail. It's been awhile since I've had them done but that much for just that is too much I've never paid that for paws and claws. And I've had much better nails. For those prices I won't be back. I had a no chip manicure on Thursday night and by Friday afternoon one of my nails started chipping. I went back there and asked for a refund since the "no chip" was chipping. They refused and told me to show my nails to other customers and see if they thought it looked bad. They also said that the rest looked fine so they refused to refund my money. I went to Le's last night with a group of girls and for a mani and pedi... well at the end of it all they charged my card separately for my mani and pedi, which I thought was weird... so my mani was $40 and my pedi was $35 and I like I said used my debit card, so I signed the receipts and gave them a tip in "cash" and when I checked my bank account this morning and I had 2 charges of $40 out of my account!! So I go back to Le's to ask for my $5 back and to see the receipt that I had signed and they wrote in a $5 tip!!!! I said that's not my handwriting and this is beyond illegal!!! And they tried to argue with me about it! Thankfully they finally gave me my $5 they stole back to me. Needless to say I will never go back there again and I also will be turning them in!! They literally stole money from me, yes it was only $5 but it's the fact that they stole money from someone so they may have done it to others!!! Also it was the older lady that ran my debit card!! I have now been to Le's several times and am extremely pleased. I have heard that other nail places in Freeport are not necessarily clean/sterile. Le's is EXTREMELY CLEAN! Each time they open up a brand new, sterilized pack of tools (and you see them do this.) I have heard other customers (and friends of mine) complain about other salons in the area and have said that they are now coming to Le's because of the cleanliness. read more

I have had others do my nails and I thought I would try LeNails. All other times my nails hurt and seem super heavy. Today I went to LeNails and was so happy with the results. They don't hurt and they aren't heavy. They are more natural looking with such a build up on the nail. Plus time there was fast in the door full set and out the door 45 minutes.
