I loved this hotel. It's not fancy and the rooms are small, but it's clean and the staff is super friendly, breakfast is included and the location can't be beat! There is a bakery across the street for fresh croissant in the morning. There is a grocery store a few doors down and a restaurant named Pizza Caesar right down the road that is fantastic! It is walking distance (a few blocks) to the market on Rue Mouffetard and the market at Place Monge. If you've never been to Rue Mouffetard you must go! Lots of cafes, drinking establishments and restaurants with fixed price menus, very reasonably priced. Make sure you walk up Rue Mouffetard to the Contrescarpe and check out Hemingway's apt. on Rue Cardinal Limone. The apt. Hemingway speaks about in "A Movable Feast" where he and Hadley lived when they were young and poor.
You won't go wrong picking this hotel, it's a great deal for the price! read more
