This is a really nice ice cream shop, the color and layout are super inviting. Their artisanal ice cream is so good. I had some samples and i wish I had ordered that instead of what I actually got, a vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate. I love soft serve ice cream, so when I visit a new place, I always get that and my judgment of the place will be based on that. Their soft serve wasn't anything special, the chocolate honestly was not very good. I should have gotten a regular ice cream in a bowl. I will know for next time.
Also, they make their own cones. I was impressed, until I actually got the cone and found out it does nothing to keep the ice cream confined. It was melting and leaking everywhere!
They have a punch card system which I think is neat! I love reward cards. The staff was very friendly. There were only two people working there when me and my family went. There was a medium line for 10pm on a tuesday but because they were understaffed, it did take a while. Although, I don't mind wait time. The prices are a bit high if you consider the portions you are getting. But that's up to you if you think it is worth it. The chocolate dip was an extra 1.50$ which is very overpriced for the quality that I got.
My main advice from this experience is: try their sorbets and ice creams, don't get their cones. read more
