I was curious to try the flavour of the moment: blueberry-currant sorbet. It was offered as a soft serve so I mixed it up with the vanilla ice cream. Wow! The flavor was amazing; a burst of real fruit, not too sweet nor tangy! You also get to choose your cone, which also happens to be made in house; I went for the regular chocolate cone which was perfect against my fruity sorbet. For those who want it all, dip your cone in chocolate for added sweetness ;) The prices are very reasonable and I really appreciate that all the products are made instore; you can see the little workshop in the back of the shop. The space is long and inviting, thanks to the soothing blue tones, and the service was super friendly and quick. A few seats are available inside; too bad they don;t have a few spots outside to really enjoy your tasty treat in the sun. Either way, I will definitely come back for more before summer ends; can't see what the nexy "flavour of the month" will be!

If you ever see their "bleuets de Québec" flavour, give it a try.

This is Sri Lankan Tamil style ice cream, and I was recommended to try the Royal Falooda by family in the area. It was a heavenly blend of ice cream (I chose pistachio!), jellies, cut up fruits (strawberries, mango, banana), syrups, and optional cut up peanuts. I'm not usually one to like these sort of mix ins, but they were SO good and worked so well together. I had my dad try it the next day, and he said it's as good as the ones you would find in Sri Lanka. You should definitely go if you are looking for a sweet treat! Even if you want just a scoop - he charges just $1 per scoop.

The best soft serve ice cream ever!!!…read more While visiting a house, we decided to stop at this new place in Mont St Hilaire to have a soft serve ice cream cone. The place is so beautiful! Clean, well decorated and filled with chocolate goodies! Not only that they serve ice cream, they also sell chocolates, truffles and anything chocolate related. On to the ice cream. Like mentioned, it's a soft serve ice cream. You have a choice of 4 flavours: vanilla, chocolate, orange and maple syrup. But wait...they have 12 different types of chocolate dips for you to choose from. TWELVE!!! But first, you need to chose the size of your cone. I got the baby cone, my husband got the small and my in-laws got the medium. Portions are huge! The small size was a big enough size for Felix. His parents didn't even finish theirs. I got the orange ice cream covered in 75% dark chocolate. Out. Of. This. World! I can't wait to try other combinations of flavours. They also have an array of gelato flavours as well. It's worth waiting in line for your ice cream ;)
