When I went down the rabbit hole of searching I found this wonderful place. We went into the store where we were welcomed by a lovely employee. We had so many things to choose from. They have milk, cheese, maple syrup, baked goods and hand dipped ice cream.. seriously does it get any better? I asked the lady the difference between the two cheeses and she gave me advice on which to select. There were so many options. My son ordered a cookies and cream dish and we shared a butter brickle. The ice cream had great mouth feel and consistency. It's a must try if your in the area.

When we were about to butcher it we found it was stamped select beef that was very fatty, as you can see from the picture. I was only able to get 4,6 pounds of usable meat from the tenderloin making it some of the most expensive select meat I have ever purchased $34.63 lb. And half ended up being filet cubes due to the amount of fat. I don't know if this normal, but I will not be back again.

The food is one of the main reasons we stop at Buc-ee's instead of a regular gas station. There are so many options, and I really like seeing the new food and snack choices they continue to put out.
