I was told it would take a week and a half and was given a price range that was dependent on how much prep work would be needed. I was very surprised to receive a call within 3 days letting me know they finished powder coating my parts early and the final price ended up at the lower end of what I was quoted. Their price was upfront, honest, and fair. The final product also speaks for itself. I highly recommend using them!

We are so pleased and happy we went with Kyle and Jessica with Southern California Patios…read more We met with Kyle he came out quickly and was very professional . We would have gone with him off the bat but wanted to shop around. We only met with 1 other company. Their salesman came out and we knew instantly we were not going to use him, he did not compare to Kyle. Then we got the quote and it was 3 times as much as Southern California Patios. They came in and did a great job. We liked the cover so much, we had them add a second one to another part of our backyard. The covers completely transformed our yard and between the 2 that we got, we always have shade. Plus it seems like it helps keep the house cooler. Kyle and Jessica went above and beyond and we were very happy that we went with them.

To my surprise, he was really communicative! Although I got a hold of him, I don't suggest you call him on Saturday, as most people usually wouldn't do business on Saturday. Anyway, we shot emails back and forth and I received my CNC quote very fast. He made a sample and we met in person to review it. I gave him the OK and it was that easy. As soon as it was ready, he notified me and shipped it out to me at no extra cost on top of the invoice price! Great service! I got my pieces back yesterday and today I emailed him with another project already. Obviously he and Hasten are my go-to manufacturers now!
