Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst transportation service I have ever dealt with. They completely failed to pick up three of my passengers, resulting in two missed flights and an incredibly stressful situation. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious--unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Despite multiple requests, they have refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge their mistake. Whatever you do, DO NOT book this service.
