I think I'll be bringing my car elsewhere for my service needs. I really wanted to like them because the sales dept was so great! UPDATE: you can't make this stuff up, after receiving my engine and cabin filters in the mail, I went to change the engine filter as recommended and one of the bolt on the filter housing cover was broken and the soft engine cover was cracked, this is unacceptable, how does a "certified" mechanic do this and not one replace the part he broke or at least explain and apologize?

You can schedule service online. If you need service and can't wait, you can get a shuttle to work and picked up after work or they'll give you a loaner vehicle. They have a video inspection that they do when they inspect your vehicle they send to you via email and text that is wonderful. If you need anything at all, you just have to call them or email them. If they don't have the vehicle you want, they'll get it for you from another dealership (do not go to another dealership!). My husband was a Jeep guy and just bought a Titan - just because of the way the service department has been and, of course, through my longtime love affair with Nissan vehicles. He's driven my Altima, so he knows the drive is awesome as well as the technology you get in the vehicles. My friends are jealous of the technology, which makes me laugh. Buy Nissan! One salesman said I could put my plates on right there. A second salesman convinced me if we financed, we could take the car that day with a temporary NH license. He said it would be taken care of Monday. The following Wednesday my insurance agent was unaware of the details un till I gave the dealer his contact info. I was told my registration on Monday a week later. It was mailed That Wednesday. so, it took a full two weeks to receive my registration. We purchased the undercoating package at the sale and on inspection today when getting home from our appointment, I found it was an incomplete job,"RIPOFF"! Even the original detailing was poorly done. I may have forgotten something but that tells the story.
