They did not rush me, in fact, I would have gone forward with the sale, but Camryn said I should think about it and make sure. I should have stayed with him. I ended up by sheer coincidence, at Mcgee Mazda where they had the color I wanted and purchased a car from them. They get NEGATIVE 10 stars. (won't go into details here unless someone asks) I let Autex know that I purchased the car, I felt guilty because they were so nice. I got a text back saying they were sorry they couldn't source out the car I wanted but if I ever needed anything let them know. I was unsure if my being upset with Mcgee was valid, (I was very angry) so I still contacted Autex and asked questions. They were thoughtful and honest with me even though I didn't end up buying a car through them. Mazda Customer care center told me I needed a software update done at the dealership. Since my experience with Mcgee was so bad she made my appointment with Autex. They were fantastic. They told me a lot about all the things my new car could do that I was never told by my salesman. They were just great. next new car is definitely coming from Autex, and I recommend them whole heartedly. I never felt pushed to make a sale, and I feel like they do care about their customers.

He told me the car was already "priced aggressively" even though the price was above what it's worth on KBB and there are so many listings within 100 miles of me that were cheaper. I'm sorry to the folks who put the work in to get my sale just for some arrogant p**** to ruin it. I truly hope they find success for another car dealership.

Brought truck back to my mechanic and asked him to replace right front ball joint. Mechanic notified me that the right ball joint had no wear and should definitely pass the Mass State inspectio. I called Rick's to ask if the inspector was there, and he was. I drove truck to Ricks auto service and asked to have car put on the lift again so they could show me the so-called "badly worn" ball joint. Amazingly enough , the ball joint in question was now tight. Must've been the ride to Fitchburg that fixed it? Very dishonest shop, and owner sat cowering in his locked office while all of this unfolded. I can almost accept the extremely rude behavior of the cowardly owner, but the incompetence and just plain lying is really sad. He's lucky he's the only game in town. My truck was a dark blue metallic and I was a bit concerned about a good paint match as these colors can be tricky to blend in with the factory finish. The color was spot on and the repair was undetectable. I dabbled in bodywork when younger and can appreciate the expertise of a good bodyshop. We had some follow up items that needed to be addressed - handled in a timely manner and without issue. Our neighbor used them to repair a bumper on their Toyota truck and provided the referral when we needed some work done. Stop in - you won't be disappointed.

He went over the paperwork and bill with me to ensure I understood everything. He was respectful, put things in layman's terms, and I did not feel rushed out the door. But what really stood out to me was that he spoke to me directly and not automatically my husband, who came with me. That's a huge deal to me because as a woman, oftentimes car people will just assume a man is in charge and only want to talk to them.
