Told me I don't know how to prep a driveway (been doing excavation for 20 years). They say to not go with the cheapest price and they are right. He ended up being just as much all said and done. Then, appointment is scheduled after signing approval of the estimate online. Scheduled date of service can change subject to weather. It happened to me the second time around due to high wind. This is expected as service is performed outside and not something the company can control. Andrew was able to complete the job 3 days after the original scheduled date.

I asked if I should remove the rain cap and he said it's not necessary because they sweep from the bottom up. That was weird because my chimney is easily accessible (even without a ladder), but not totally uncommon. When they showed up in a regular pickup truck (no signage, no ladders, just a kid in a truck) he almost immediately said I needed a deep clean for $500. He pushed and pushed and pushed. I should have kicked him out of the house, but he proceeded with the "sweep" using 4 extension rods (only 12 feet total) and a brush that literally had 5 bristles. He could not possibly reach the entire flue or do even a mediocre job with the "brush" he used. HE WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! Shame on me for not putting my boot in has a$$ and throwing him out. They are CROOKS.
