I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. He had to call the emergency natural gas crew, and even they hadn't known it was there. They had him leave so they could do a temporary fix. He coordinated with the gas company, came back another day, ground the stump while they waited, he waited while they put in a new shutoff, and then Brandon finished the job. It took two days and hours and hours longer than anticipated, but he did it: no gas line explosions, everyone is safe, the massive stump is removed and ready for the new sidewalk, all with complete cooperation from all involved.
