Every single time I have contacted them with a problem they have always bent over backwards to find the correct answer. Their technicians have been brilliant at finding and fixing the very few problem I have had and coming up with creative answers to unusual problems that I have presented to them. THEY HAVE NEVER SAID NO WE CAN NOT HELP YOU. Champlain is the second KUBOTA dealership I have used. The first one in NH claims to be the largest KUBOTA dealership east of the Mississippi (if you know who that is, MB Tractor) and they can't hold a candle to how Champlain has taken care of me. For me Champlain has always done business the way it should be done and the way it used to be done. This Plattsburgh Runnings store almost never has the items they advertise on sale in their flyers…read more Typical bait and switch operation for sure. Even worse is the attitude of the people they hire. I went into the store today and all three store employees I encountered were obviously never trained in customer service. The young cashier had her head buried in her cell phone from the moment I entered the store to 15 minutes later when I returned to her register and even then I had to wake her up with a question. She could not care less to assist me just mumbled something incoherent. I had to put down a couple of things I had and just leave because honestly it's a complete turn off to shop at a store where the employees are so inept. There was no one shopping today and it is understandable. My message to Runnings is just close the doors you will never compete with Lowe's next door and TSC less than a mile away. So disappointing to see a store that started strong end up being so poorly managed and staffed. Perhaps it's impossible for Runnings to get decent employees but I suspect it's due to the store or corporate management not screening their hires sufficiently. I went down the road to TSC and it was night and day. They had what I needed and All the employees I encountered were polite and helpful. Wake up guys because you just aren't doing something right.
