Leaf after leaf, buds falling off....NO! I have been raising these guys for nearly 50 years and know exactly how to care for them. Were they on sale because they knew they were inferior quality? Spring of 2023 comes around and they decided to do a spring treatment even though I cancelled over the phone and removed my credit card from their website. I called them and told them I didn't authorize the treatment and they insisted I pay since they didn't have a record of my cancelation. If you decide to roll the dice with this company, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!! I was stupid for not insisting on a confirmation of my cancelled service. They got an extra $125 out of me for work I didn't approve - and don't tell them you're not paying it, they will attempt to take you to collections!

The store is welcoming and most times has everything you need. I have done online store pick up ordering. You should call and check if what your ordering is in stock. Sometimes the website says they have it, but when you get there they don't. So don't trust the website. They do go out of their way to help you. One thing I think they REALLY should consider is to add some type of way to contact an employee if you are busy washing your dog. One time, the tub was backed up with hair in the drain. I had to take my long haired dog, sopping wet, out of the tub, take out the heavy drain mat and pull all the hair out. It was a mess. I'm 70 years old. LOL OH and one more thing, I checked the air intake on the dryer, it had inches of hair all stuck to it. That will burn it out. Remind the employees that clean up to check the dryers for that.
