Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

Bob took pictures of the bath vent that was causing the leak. While on the roof he also checked our other vents, skylights and areas that he felt might cause us future problems. He took photos of those problem areas. He clearly explained what the issues were, how they should be fixed. He then quoted a flat price that included the supplies and labor. Bob and I agreed on the time he would return to do the actual work. He arrived on time to do all the repairs needed. While he was on the roof he offered to also clean my gutters and trim a couple small branches that were rubbing our shingles. He included those without an additional charge! Bob called after the next rainstorm to make sure the leak was fixed. I was very impressed by the professionalism showed during every step of the process. So much so I asked them to do more work for me in the spring. Installing new siding, interior doors and flooring which now show our 50 year old homes age.
