I had a very disappointing experience with this pawn shop. I went to the store on 3 different…read moreoccasions during my lunch time and they were not open. I've had my son to check on his way home and they again and again weren't open during normal business hours. Prior to becoming seriously ill and being hospitalized for two weeks, I spoke directly with the man who runs the shop. He informed me that my item would be ready for pickup the following week and assured me that as long as I stayed in communication, my items would be held. After I recovered and returned to pick up my belongings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. The same individual who previously assured me everything was fine suddenly became disrespectful and dismissive. When I asked for the owner's information, I was told he was the person I was speaking to, even though I had already communicated with him before and had never been treated this way. I have always had a decent relationship with this business until now, which makes this situation even more upsetting. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude were unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. I hate that I was ever in a situation to pawn my things in the first place but they are not honest people!
