Mario even has wild game meat in the back such as elk, bison, rabbit, venison and others. You should know that Mario's Meats offer delivery if you meet a certain minimum to make the drive worthwhile. Overall, I cannot recommend Mario's Meats enough. I'll be going back very soon for some Mennonite-raised chicken thighs and eggs, as well as grass-fed ground beef. To be clear, Mario has both, 100% grass-fed beef throughout the lifecycle of the cow and grass finished beef, whereby the cow is put on a grass-only diet during the last 3 months before slaughter.

Got a lead on Bonanza who truly is a meat boutique, every possible kind of meat, cut, animal, that you could want in every form (form whole lamb/rabbit) all the way down to fileted, portioned, chopped, etc. Basically if you can dream it... Bonanza can do it! The spaducci we got were easily double the size what I'm used to, and the lamb we perfectly marbled so I know when I eat these in about 6 hours they are going to be juicy, hot and delicious! It's a bit of a stretch to find the place, it's located off of Jevlan which you can access off of a side street that connects to Weston road just north of Hwy 7! They sell many cut of steaks and you can view their website to see what kind of meat they are selling. In this visit, the Tajima Wagyu is on special (frozen) so I decided to give it a try and also get a piece of Hida tenderloin (fresh- not frozen). The meat are packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. I recommend to check out this place if u like Wagyu particularly, and the price is reasonable too. It's expensive but high quality so it's worth it. In the winter, I enjoy buying their ready-made roasts. They're already seasoned, so I just put them in the oven, and in no time I have a delicious dinner for my family. They also sell cured products which they make themselves, and once again, their products (salsiccia, soppressata, capiccollo, etc...) are definitely the most authentic I've ever tasted.
