After a couple of years, I decided it was time to seek out a more personable practice. I came across Palm pediatrics,The office of Dr Ashley Bayer and Dr. Amanda Carrion. The office is decorated like a African safari!! A kid sized Jeep (that they can play in) separates two waiting areas (I'm assuming sick/non sick kids). They were very smart in doing this, my son was busy playing while I was filling out the medical paperwork we all love. The ladies are the front were very friendly and our wait wasn't very long to see Dr Carrion. Dr Carrion was very friendly and my son warmed up to her quickly . She was very through and took her time in examining him. She Even let him have a look at her instruments so he wouldn't be afraid. Overall I am so happy I made the decision to switch to this practice. We look forward to seeing Dr Carrion for many years to come !

Not what advertised on website: " We use antibiotics when necessary, conservative measures often,…read moreare proponents of early intervention for education and therapies as indicated, and support vaccination in the best interest of your child's health." This sounds like a preventative, holistic approach to healthcare- only using antibiotics when necessary AND support vaccination in the best interest of YOUR child's health. This needs to be reworded. They are not holistic, but rather trying to capitalize on the "trendiness" of the appearance of being conservative with antibotics. AND the vaccination policy is not in the best interest of YOUR child or individualized but rather they apply the old CDC guidelines with no exceptions. No flexibility in timeline or selection of vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they presented themselves on their website and when you google search "holistic" pediatricians they are at the top of the search. meaning, they probably paid for the search engine optimization to pull them when searching for holistic.

KidsCare Pediatrics is a small practice that provides their patients with an intimate and welcoming environment. As I have had a bit of clinical experience with a variety of doctors, I have been exposed to a whole spectrum of personalities and mannerisms that are both bad and good. The reason I gave Dr. Ajoku the fully five was because of her genuine and caring nature in speaking with parents and interacting with children. Bedside manner to me is everything!! It can make your experience at the doctors office a good or terrible one. She takes the time to get to know her patients, hear all their chief complaints, and does not try to rush them out of the office to see the next patient as I have experienced other doctors do. One thing I definitely value about the services she provides her patients is that she takes the time to educate parents on their child's condition, what the medication is that shes prescribing and its purpose. She relates to the parents and children, takes interest in their families and their interactions at school and home. Whats more she understands that not all of us can easily understand all the complex medical terminology that I know sometimes goes over even my head, so she'll break it down for you and make sure that you leave her office a lot more knowledgeable and confident in not only your doctors ability but that your child is in good hands and is going to be feeling better soon.

The girls that work the front desk have the most deplorable attitudes I have ever experienced in a medical office. My most recent experience was with the two girls who worked the check-out. I wish I caught their names to send a corporate complaint but the way she was speaking to me, and the others in front of me, was unacceptable. These girls should not be employed by any health care provider due to their heinous demeanors. I'm sure there are much better Pediatric associates offices in the area with staff that won't talk at you, dismiss your needs or roll their eyes as if you're inconveniencing their day.

Dr. Renato has been amazing with our kids. He's calm, kind, and always takes the time to really listen. You can tell he truly cares, and that kind of reassurance means everything as a parent. Dr. Beckerman brings so much warmth and energy to every visit. She's always smiling, so patient, and somehow manages to make even the tough conversations feel easier. We always leave her office feeling informed and supported. Dr. Diana is wonderful too so gentle and easy to talk to. She explains things in a way that makes sense, and you can see how much she connects with the kids. Dr. Bremen has also been great. She's professional, kind, and has such a calming presence. We've always felt like our children were in good hands with her. It's rare to find a practice where every doctor is truly fantastic, but that's exactly what All Better Pediatrics is. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Knowing our kids are cared for by such a thoughtful and dedicated team gives us so much peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend them to any parent looking for a pediatrician they can trust.

Most pediatric offices see kids until 21. You should ask the age of child before having patients waste time filling out forms and then sent an email saying they only see kids up to16 years of age. The office seems overwhelmed. I'd pick another doctor's office.
