We truly love All Better Pediatrics. From day one, everyone from the front desk staff to each of the doctors has made us feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Renato has been amazing with our kids. He's calm, kind, and always takes the time to really listen. You can tell he truly cares, and that kind of reassurance means everything as a parent. Dr. Beckerman brings so much warmth and energy to every visit. She's always smiling, so patient, and somehow manages to make even the tough conversations feel easier. We always leave her office feeling informed and supported. Dr. Diana is wonderful too so gentle and easy to talk to. She explains things in a way that makes sense, and you can see how much she connects with the kids. Dr. Bremen has also been great. She's professional, kind, and has such a calming presence. We've always felt like our children were in good hands with her. It's rare to find a practice where every doctor is truly fantastic, but that's exactly what All Better Pediatrics is. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Knowing our kids are cared for by such a thoughtful and dedicated team gives us so much peace of mind. Terrible.....as a new patient why do I have to be sent a link and wait a day to find out your website is giving false information. It states they see kids of all ages however you don't. Most pediatric offices see kids until 21. You should ask the age of child before having patients waste time filling out forms and then sent an email saying they only see kids up to16 years of age. The office seems overwhelmed. I'd pick another doctor's office. read more

Do NOT bring your child to this pediatrics office. I was recommended by a family member but I deeply regret trying them out! My daughter never saw her actual doctor there always someone else because he is busy, and the other pediatrician who always took my daughter she barely check your kid and already gives them medicine, literally I would wait 10-20min to be sent to a room to see the doctor for 3 min..And then I moved to another state it's been 2 months since I'm trying to get my child's records for her to start school. And the new doctor requested a form for my child's vaccine and sent them a fax 2 times to All better pediatrics, I had to call them to resolve which is ridiculous. Then I called them and I was on hold for 8 min and sent to voice mail after someone say please hold and then called again 2 more times then got someone who also put me on hold forever searching for the fax that was sent, such a disorganized system. To come back and tell me that she found one request from this month only not from last month, anyways and to tell me now that I could get the record information from the website, oh now why no one told me this when I took my daughter there last time. The front desk staff is extremely unorganized. I love the doctors but unfortunately we are in a day in age when doctors rarely have private practices anymore. They double billed me for a visit, my insurance covered the cost and I had to pay up front. I had to do my due diligence in ensuring my insurance paid it out, had to provide check numbers and still was not refunded. After a battle I filled out a refund request form and was left a voicemail my refund would be completed. A week later and the office manager still has not issued me a refund. What a scam! My insurance paid them and they want to keep my money. Keep all receipts from this place. They are thieves! read more

My son started going here when he was 2 months old, he's now almost 12. This was a great practice as a young mother, Dr. Berger himself is great and so were the nurses. Unfortunately the practice has grown more into a business and has lost its familiarity and charm. Loads of miscommunications between doctors, patients, nurses and just staff in general. Your child is but a date of birth now. If you're looking for a new pediatrician practice, you might want to consider looking further. I hope they can recreate what they once had. read more

I have been going to Dr. Berger for 7 years and he's great at what he does...he takes his time, wait for the mother's questions ( sometimes a lot of them...lol), is knowledgeable and explains everything to make sure we know what are we doing...all nurses are great , specially Simone who's always there to help and comfort my son about shots and blood work..she's so friendly, warm and caring!!! read more

The disorganization of the office staff is the worst I've experienced in my 12 years as a parent. We originally scheduled an appointment online after filling out the required portal paperwork. When we called to confirm that appointment, we were told we did not have one and that there was no record of my child in the patient portal system. We then scheduled another appointment for the next available slot, which was several days later. We showed up for that appointment (a routine physical) and filled out the paperwork again in-person. We were called back up to the front desk to pay $80 for the appointment, allegedly towards our deductible. I told the office staff that this was incorrect as the annual physical and well-patient check-up is covered 100% by our insurance and that we have already met our deductible for this year. She continued to debate with me and I literally had to call my insurance provider on my cell phone to confirm what I was telling them. Even after that, we continued to wait so that an office manager could adjust the balance prior to my child being seen. At this point, it was an hour past our scheduled appointment time and my child and myself were exposed to several sick children all the while (I'm currently pregnant). I had to request hand sanitizer as they did not have any available in the waiting area. An hour and a half past our appointment time, a manager called us back over and said that the front-desk associate was putting the code in wrong as a sick-visit and not a well-check which is why there was a cost associated. They then asked for my child's immunization records. I have documentation of my older child's adverse reaction to certain vaccines and provided that information to them. They continued to push a vaccine schedule on my child despite the obvious allergy documented by another pediatrician. They then had me sign a form saying I was declining giving my daughter vaccines with a checklist that did not accommodate for people with a history of adverse reactions. We were then brought back to the private room where we waited another thirty minutes to see the doctor. The first thing the doctor said to me was in question of our vaccine choice. I explained that my older child experienced severe adverse reactions and permanent developmental damage based on his allergic reaction. Finally the issue was dropped. The doctor then looked over at my 5-year-old child, who had now been patiently waiting for over 2 hours, and asked her where she got the notepad and pen. My child answered honestly and said from the top of the desk in the room we were in. The doctor then told her that it was not hers and that it was for the doctors. Keep in mind that my very sweet child who was sitting there for 2 hours was simply coloring. She did a routine check-up on her which lasted for a few minutes and suggested that she might have enlarged tonsils (after I asked about this specifically), recommending an x-ray and some Zyrtec for allergies. Then the nurse came in to do her blood work and tried to explain to my 5-year-old that she was going to draw blood and I had to stop her to remind her that she is very young and had no idea what she was even saying. I had to put it in kids terms for her (this lady is going to prick your finger and it will hurt a little to see if you are healthy). She did and had to squeeze her finger for a good minute or so which to a kid is kind of traumatic, especially when you have to watch the blood go into the tiny vial. At the end of the day, fine, necessary, and thankfully I brought gummy bears. Fast forward a few weeks, we get a call from the office manager saying we didn't fill out the patient paperwork. We called back explaining that we had already completed it twice and I asked for the lab results since I never got them. As soon as I got off the phone with her someone else from the office called asking for the same thing and to tell me the lab results. This disorganization is the kind of thing that eventually ends up getting people hurt and costing parents money. read more

I left a negative review on here about a month ago and I must say I was wrong. As a first time mom, I let my emotions get the best of me. I finally got to meet Dr. Berger and I must say he is one of the best, most attentive and knowledgeable doctors I've ever met, if not the best!! The other doctors in the office are also pretty amazing, they have taken their time to listen to my concerns and address it in the most comforting and professional way possible. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctors and every time my daughter has had an emergency the front desk team have squeezed her in right away. I sincerely apologize for my previous review and take it completely back. I am learning as a first time mom that sometimes a little patience will go a long way. read more

Doctors, nurses and adm staff are GREAT, but the average wait time (WITH APPOINTMENT) its ONE HOUR! Why botter making an app, receive 4 to 5 reminders if you will get there (even prior to schedule time) and wait 35 minutes for a flu shot???!! If its a regular consultation, it takes a good half an hour until you get in, and another 30m by the time that you are actually seen by a doctor!! Please find a way to fix this adm issue, trying to respect our time on the same way that we respect yours, being there always on time... read more
