I love this place for my kids health care. They have 8 to 845am walk in hours which have come in very handy for us. Also, the doctors staff are fantastic, always providing excellent care and taking the time to discuss the issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pediatric Partners. Five stars. read more

The only positive thing I can say about this pediatric office is that the wait times are generally reasonable. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ends. I have two young children (ages 1 and 2), and I've tried to give this practice a fair chance by seeing several of their doctors and nurse practitioners. Sadly, most of the providers do not perform thorough physical exams or developmental screenings, which is extremely concerning in a pediatric setting. The most troubling experience--and the reason I'm leaving this review--involved a recent emergency with my daughter. I called the office repeatedly for over an hour, including while I was driving to the ER. No one answered the phones, and the emergency line never returned my call. After finally getting through, I had to escalate the situation just to speak with a nurse. Thankfully, Jason, the NP, did reach out and was incredibly helpful once we were connected. I'm truly grateful for his support, but the process of reaching him was unbelievably stressful. When I followed up with the office manager about what went wrong and how they're addressing it to prevent this from happening again, I received only an apology and no clear answers. For a pediatric office, especially one trusted with the care of infants and toddlers, this level of communication failure is unacceptable. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I no longer feel comfortable trusting this practice with my children's care. read more

this office has turned into a quota and insurance kick back maker for how many vaccines they can make your child have. The female doctors here are great but the political views of Dr. Schechtman have ruined this practice. it should be about the patients and their individualized care and it's NOT! it's really sad because we LOVED Dr. Dailey and Dr. Cohen but unfortunately had to leave this practice. we hope these amazing doctors will start a new practice somewhere else. The doctors and nurse practitioners were pretty good. Unfortunately, the company is run by people whose main priority it to make money and it shows. They try to make money at every turn and make it hard for parents to get traditional school health forms. They also have tried to place fraudulent charges. Surpervisors and even the CFO has confirmed that those charges were not in line with their policies but unless someone complains they will charge them. When I asked doctors about some of these questionable practices the doctors have replied that they aren't owners in the business and are just "employees". Just seems like a bad recipe for a pediatric practice when our children's best interests should be the priority. read more

Please save your family and foremost your child or children the experience of being treated like a number and a government quota. I have been an RN for 15 years and currently work in a hospital. My son had terrible reactions to the last couple vaccines and wanted to stay clear from pertussis since he is allergic to an active ingredient and they TERMINATED us from the practice! Mind you my son also developed allergies at 5 out of thin air. This office is more concerned about gender affiliation over actual care. Shame on this place! read more

Overall, I really have enjoyed Pediatric Partners. They came recommended by a friend of a friend. Before our son was born we signed up for a virtual "meet the doctor" sort of session which was held on Zoom and other soon-to-be parents. It was comprehensive and allowed us to ask questions to get to know one of their doctors and their practice. We see Dr. Mackenzie Dailey and she is caring, straight forward and takes her time with us each visit. When our son was at his 2 month checkup she put in a referral to see a physical therapist to help with his torticollis. As far as wait times, I've never had to wait more than 10 mins or so to be seen. Lastly, with COVID/flu season happening, I appreciated that they split up visits (morning for sick patients) and afternoons for wellness checkups. read more

Doctors are awesome. However their policy's and waits are not. We have waited about 2 hours and I have two kids. Picture that with sick kids in the waiting room. They over book and give us slots that just shouldn't be available. I rather be a further week booked out than wait an extra hour. We are switching practices and they said it'll take up to 30 days to get the vaccines transferred and we need them to start our vaccinations at the new doctors office. Which as most people know need to be up to date for schools. read more

Very disappointed in the offices "new policy" of refusing to see un-vaxxed children. We have been patients since my son was born 5 years ago. I was just informed at his wellness check-up that we will no longer be able to be seen at this practice unless we vaccinate- even though we have a RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION. This is discrimination. I have had Zero issues with any other offices, schools etc. on this issue. The office is STILL forcing masks on their tiny patients as well. Your office is choosing to push an agenda and clearly you don't have the families priorities first. You can recommend all day long- I get the choice on what is best for my child. After challenging Daily McKenzie at this facility she filed a complaint with Child protective services on me as if I was a common street rat who relies on the government for handouts. I am the opposite. Respectful. Polite. Business owner. Educated. Respected in my profession. Prominent network connections. Live in a great area. Be careful in questioning her "authority". My kids are fully vaccinated but according this their policy we are not and forcing us to take covid vaccine (UNBELIEVABLE) or they will no longer be able to be seen at this practice unless we vaccinate even though we also have a religious exemption. This is inhumane and unprofessional pediatrics practice with a bad agenda. I thought this is Florida and we should not be forced this. They can't even release our medicals records normally to a new pediatric office creating issues to prolong this. read more

We are moving, and honestly Pediatric Partners is one of the places that we would miss the most about Boca. We have mostly been seen by Dr Stucken and Dr Cohen. We highly recommend both of them. I do agree with other reviewers that Dr Stucken is particularly wonderful, while on the other hand there are certain people I actually avoid when having to book last-minute appointments. The office is generally well-managed and we have not had any billing issues for the four years we came here. read more

I have been reading about UNVAXED patients and not sure where these people are obtaining their information. My girls 14 and 20 have been going to this office all during Covid and just had an appointment in PGA location this morning. THEY HAVE NEVER stopped us from seeing a doctor. So sad telling your child that one of the people and places they trusted most for their whole lives doesn't want to have anything to do with them anymore. i am a 15 year old girl. I have a 102 fever and i have a 4 o'clock appointment. These doctors are making me wait an hour and do not care that I am coughing sneezing and can barely stand on my own. these doctors and nurses are heartless and if you come here, do not expect to be seen on time. it's 4:45 and they took later appointments plainly because we asked why we would have to wait an hour. read more

We are new at the Pediatric partners after beeing at Health department in Delray but we are very glad with our choice. First our visit and experience is very good, clean, cosy and convienient cabinets, fine equipment, profesional nurse and of course profesional, polite doctor Mrs. Carrie Stucken. We had to make imunization to babies twins, so the nurse did it very profesional and fast. One thing I did not like is that our admission was not on time, but I hope next times everything will go perfect :) read more

I'm giving pediatric partners 2 stars bc my opinion is mixed. I've been going to PP for over 15 years. Some of the MDs are great esp the females in the Boca office and PBG. Notably Dr Stucken in Boca is top notch. I've had helpful enlightened apts w Schechtman but also awful apts where he's dismissed my concerns & talked down to me. Sometimes they run really late & don't let me know. But they are great about fitting me in when my child is sick (which is probably why they often run late). Recently, Dr Abreu in Jupiter misdiagnosed my child -which could have cost him his life or at least his eyesight-but while sitting in the hospital room at Jackson Memorial, I emailed Dr Stucken to let her know my son's been hospitalized & I'm having MDs send her records, & she called me as soon as she received email & left a vm message. So I guess my assessment is that they have some great MDs and some not-credible MDs, but I am staying w the practice. I have confidence in everybody in Boca office (even the NPs). If you have an awful interaction, try another PP office & MD-but remember, don't blindly accept a diagnosis if it doesn't feel right. Be an involved informed partner & advocate in your child's healthcare. read more

I have been going here since my children were born 11 years ago. This place was rude to me during check in on my recent visit, impatient, and the front dest attendant, Lori, spoke very impolitely and impatiently to us. I do not care that this is "School physical time"...that is not a reason to be rude to customers because YOU OVERBOOKED YOURSELF OUT OF GREED TO MAKE MORE MONEY!! This is the second time that the bathroom were dirty and there were no paper towels! (How is it that there are no paper towels when there were no paper towels also 1 year ago? Odd.) Also the bathrooms needed cleaning! Gross. Mr. Doctor owner-dude, get your act together! Otherwise, you might not have multiple offices once people read reviews like this! read more

Pediatric Partners Deserves more than a 5 star rating. Dr. Teri is not only my children's doctor she has become a friend and a member of our family. Not to mention all the other amazing, caring, patience doctors in the practice...Dr. Daily, Dr. Luz, Dr. Cohen the list goes on and on...this practice looks at each kid as an individual to best meet their medical, educational, physical, and mental health needs. I drive over 30 minutes to come to this practice and have not once considered switching to something closer to home. Pediatric Partners is the best! read more
