Still herding them in like cattle and over scheduling while failing to offer any client service. They seem attuned to making the government insurance program money versus handling long term clients with private insurance. The Doctors don't care and still 30 to 40 minutes after scheduled appointment before the check up starts to move. During Covid, why would anyone want people waiting for an hour after being placed in room ??? If they ask the parent to return, You cringe at any need for another visit and same poor experience. You also wonder if these tests are simply to increase their compensation versus needed. We have been coming now for about 14+ years and we cannot recommend them to anyone we care about. They just cannot get it together and streamline the work all these years later. Soon kids will go to our general physician and we can say adios forever. read more

My daughter has been coming here since she was born in 2016. Up until now, I have always been pleased with the level of care my daughter has received. Enter in COVID and suddenly, people begin to treat you differently. This office has truly lost its way with how to treat people. The girls in the office are wonderful and always friendly. My daughter adores them. But it's the doctors who allow their cult mentality and politics to change how they treat people. It's April, 2022. Mask mandates everywhere have been lifted long ago. Stadiums, bars, restaurants, sporting events, Disney on Ice are all packed Elbow to elbow with unmasked fans and patrons, a federal judge just lifted the mask mandate on public transportation and planes, most schools are mask optional and yet a pediatrician still mandates masks on little children who visit their office. These same loons leave work and mingle with unmasked people at Publix, Walmart, Happy Hour, and the gym yet they think it's acceptable to playing the "we require masks to keep everyone safe" routine. And what's the response you get from the cult member in the background, Dr. Levinson? "These are the rules in this office and if you don't like them you can find another pediatrician." This woman, who until covid, was the most polite, respectful and caring person has become nothing more than a loon who worships Dr Fauci as her lord and savior and who has no problem doing things that go completely against science all in the name of "keeping people safe". I remember before covid, children could walk into this doctors office sneezing, coughing and vomiting their eyeballs out with a 103 fever and no one would run out and slap a mask on their faces. But this is where the cult is today. Mask the children to "save lives". Or is it, to impose your own paranoia onto young children so that they grow up with psychological damage believing that everything they touch will kill them? You guys have lost your way. Get back to your profession and the oath you took when you became doctors. You ought to feel ashamed of your behavior and the way you spoke to me in front of my daughter today. 6 years in your care, but no more. This office is ridiculous. I don't know why i expect a different result every visit. For the past 4 years i have needed to visit this office for a simple prescription refill. I usually make an appointment for this however it usually requires about 3 hours to get. The doctor only sees me for 5 minutes at most. It is actually a full 3 hours of just sitting there. Im not sure if its understaffed but the waiting area always looks empty. I have been in the waiting area for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I have yet to even step into a room and i am the only person here. This has happened consistently every month for the past 4 years. Thats a grand total of 144 hours of my life waisted waiting. As a paying customer it is ridiculus to wait 3 hours to see a doctor for 2 minutes for a simple adhd prescription. read more

We've been coming to this practice for over 20 years. The staff is great. The nurses are kind and patient. The doctors are caring and professional and answer all our questions without rushing us. This practice has watched my children grow up and has been a big part of our lives. We highly recommend personal care pediatrics!! read more

"This office is not family-friendly, and the doctor I saw there was a QUACK! I went here ONCE to see about my daughter becoming a new patient: NEVER AGAIN! Not only do they NOT have a diaper can to properly dispose of dirty diapers, but if you are on a delayed vaccination schedule, THEY WILL NOT ACCOMODATE YOU AND THEY WILL TRY TO SHAME YOU INTO SUBMISSION! If I have my kid on a delayed schedule then yes--I clearly see the benefit of the shots, I just don't like the schedule! Dr. Magaletti, Dr. Zondarak-Perez, and Dr. Levinson are absolutely amazing pediatricians who not only care about each individual child's medical needs but also, his or her social/emotional concerns as well. These trustworthy physicians have saved my children's lives countless times and have always put my mind at ease when my kids were babies/toddlers with childhood asthma and other medical ailments, staying on the phone with me while I counted their breaths to be sure they were not in serious danger, and always referring me to specialists who were on point. My youngest child who is 21 years old still loves going to Personal Care Pediatrics. Even with COVID-19, these caring doctors took the time to speak with my child on Telemedicine to help her to get approval for an emotional support animal before going back to college. Five stars are not enough to express my gratitude, hugs, and support for these three caring and knowledgeable pediatricians who have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for my children for 24 years! read more

Absolutely an amazing office ! My son has been going to them for 8 years and we have seen all 3 doctors. They are all wonderful and I would never go anywhere else. The office staff is amazing as well ! Like in any office there is sometimes a wait especially when it comes to kids. They also have policies regarding missed appointments again like every doctors office. They take their time with my son and he always gets the best care. read more

I've been taking my 17 month old daughter to this doctor office since she was born. Her primary care doctor (Dr. Levinson) is amazing! Unfortunately I've had a bad experience (more than once) with Dr. Magaletti. My daughter is running a high fever and I just called the 24 hour emergency line and she was very rude and condescending. She was not helpful at all and kept telling me that she couldn't help me because of the lack of information. Even after I explained to her all of my daughter symptoms! Parents be aware of this doctor and I would recommend seeing another doctor on staff. Even when I go to the doctors office she's always rude and impatient with my daughter and the staff. Due to her rude behavior tonight I will be making further complaints to the state medical board. read more

Let's start with the good - We have been bringing my son here for the past 2 years the doctors are absolutely fantastic. They all have been amazing with my son, gentle, caring and kind. Dr. Perez is our primary doctor and we couldn't be happier. She is always happy and upbeat and excited to see us when we come in. All of the rooms are decorated to represent different state parks, key west, Grand Canyon, Yosemite. Super cool and visually pleasing to small children's. And they should be because you will be spending a lot of time in there. Now the bad - even with an appointment you will be waiting at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 in the exam room. I understand that is because they also take walk in, because when your kid is sick you can't wait to make an appointment. But if that is the case how about you take fewer appointments? Basically if you have a 9:30 appointment you won't be done until 11. So keep your day open. My other issue is with the nurses. With the exception of Nicole, all of the other nurses seem to want to be anywhere but there. They get annoyed with crying children who aren't cooperative. I would imagine it would it would wear you down, having to deal with crying kids all day every day, but what do they expect? They are giving shots and hurting the kids. Now you are probably asking "if you only give this place 3 stars why do you come here?" The is answer is simple, as I said before, the doctors are incredible. At the end of the day they are the ones who are making the decisions regarding my son's health. read more

We have been patients for 14 years and we finally had enough! We have had good and bad experiences over the 14 years but this last visit was the final straw!!! I paid $25 out of pocket for a sports physical and the form said it was good for 365 days. Well, the Dr. told me I would have to come back in 2 months when she was due for her yearly physical and at that time she could do another sports physical if the school noticed she only dated it good for 2 months. Are you kidding me. I could have taken her to CVS to have this done. They are very money hungry there and wanted me to pay again for another sports physical on top of her yearly physical. Finally switched to another pediatrician in Coral Springs and couldn't be happier. Also, when I went to this new Dr. for a yearly physical they asked me if I need a yellow form for school and guess what? NO CHARGE!!!!!! Wish I did this years ago. And the best part....... didn't have to wait over an hour to be seen:) read more

Let me preface this by saying that the level of medical care provided by physicians is stellar. However, the administrative staff seem to be in a some sort of conspiracy with the nurses to make a patient and their parents wait time abominable. If my appointment time is at 4:15 I don't expect to leave their premises some inexplicable 3 hours later. They bill for services that should be complimentary. Physical forms are primarily filled out by the parent and simply stamped by the office, yet they bill you over $20 for the stamp. I felt I should have received the physical stamp as a consolation prize at that price. That's $20+ for a stamp! They should really focus the same energy that place into the medical side of their practice into the administrative side and then this will be the best place to take your children. Their current status will leave your children well cared for medically but you as a parent will be frustrated, exhausted, and financially depleted with their unnecessary fees. read more
