Last year I got established with them and got new glasses. When I got them there was an issue with…read morethe screw and the earpiece, I went backultiple times to have them adjusted, but we were leaving to go out of town and I needed glasses. When I came back it had been too long to send them back I guess and then I didn't purchase an extended warranty. Go figure, but that was my fault. Then we go back in and have them adjusted several months later because I accidentally sat on them. They adjusted them & even ment the issue with the left ear piece and we explain it all to her because it was a different person than before. She said that I couldn't order new frames and switch them out with my lenses($600+ after insurance) because they dont carry the line anymore because of all of the issues they had with them. So I would just need to order a new pair and have to pay out of pocket because my insurance won't cover frames for another year. So I scheduled my yearly exam. Fast forward to my appt, I had been dealing with seasonal allergies with severe dry eye, something I've never had before and something I was wanting to speak to him about. He was late at seeing me, which I have found is usual whether there are no patients or several there, but that's a Drs office, right. So he sees me and tells me my eyes are too dry, I have dry cornias & need steroid eye drops, special eye drops and gel and to come back in a couple weeks because he wouldnt be able to get an accurate reading. So I come back and at this latest appointment, I waited 40 mins past my appt time before he came in to see me. He checks my eyes, has me ready the letters on the screen and says they look better, no need for the steroid eye drops, but continue to use the others. Then he looked at the computer and sàid, oh you need an exam, but there's no time, I don't know why they scheduled you now, the girls have left for lunch already. Mind you he does the exams & there was one female at the desk. He again said he couldn't do my exam, it was lunch time, he got up opened the door and said I need to schedule another appointment to come back for an exam. He walked me up to the front and left. I was just dumb founded. I told the lady at the front what happened and she sounded dumb founded as well as she stumbled to find the words. She apologized, said he shouldn't have done that, he should have done the exam and finished my appt. She then scheduled me an appointment for an exam and then asked me for my $40 copay. I explained that I had a credit on my account and told her to just apply it. She said they have to refund it back to the card. I told her it's not mine, it was my husband's card. She said, well I won't charge you today since they paid last time they should hopefully cover this visit and that I need to bring my husband's card in to get the refund. I just said ok and got out of there. On my way to my car I saw the Dr leaving, guess he needed to get to lunch before they reopened!!! I got home and told my husband he was perplexed, he said I should have insisted that he see me or let him know that our entire family would go else where for their vision needs and stop referring patients there. I told him I was just in shock. I mean if you are 15 mins late for a doctor you can't be seen, but he was 40 mins late to see me and he only did half of my appt and left so he could get lunch. Mind you I was also there to spend hundreds of dollars on new frames and lenses that my insurance wasn't going to cover. So needless to say we will not be going back!!!

I purchased a pair of glasses from here through my insurance. I don't remember the exact price but…read moreit was somewhere between $250 and $300. The glasses has bifocals at the bottom of the lenses and I haven't had line bifocals before. When I picked them up the was only one person there and he said that he was just helping out he said his real job was teaching at some school. I could not see out of them but he said it might just take some getting use to. So I tried them for a few weeks but every time I wore them for very long I would get a killer headache. I called them and they had me come in and a girl readjusted them and told me they would be better now. I told her 3 times that I didn't like them and the bifocal was messing with my eyes. She just looked at me each time like I was bothering her. So I tried them again but when I left this tone I was very upset with the way I was ignored. So I tried them again and they still gave me headaches. So I called them again and asked to speak with the manage. They had me come back in for another eye test and when the eye doctor was done with me he told me that I was one of the rare people that can't wear glasses with bifocal. So then I was sent over to the area that sells you glasses and I was told that I need progressive lenses and that would only cost me $260 or $280 if I use the cheap frames that my insurance already paid for. This has been awhile since this has happened and now I have to wait until after the first of the year before my insurance will pay for another pair of glasses. I have been so upset about this and every time I put on $2 reader glasses I think about how they ripped me and my insurance company off. I asked what I need to do with these glasses because I can't wear them at all I was told I could donate them to some place for the blind. I also asked why there progressive lenses were so much higher than everywhere else. There was a company that was advertising 2 pair of glasses with progressive lenses for $79. When I told her about that she said the their lenses were a lot better than the other companies. I'm done I will never use this company again because they clearly all about getting your money and could care less about their customers!
