Wonderful bedside manner as i have had many eye issues. Dr. R was sensitive to my sever nearsightedness and additionally very helpful as different suggestions were made as well as patient and kind. He even had 2 pairs of contacts ready and waiting for me at my appt - since i mentioned i was on may last pair. My contacts are special order so that alone spoke volumes to the quality of care. Dr. Repsher runs this business as if everyone is a valued friend and i appreciate that. He not only has my business but all the referrals i can make to him.

The cataract surgery is 100% covered by my insurance. I spoke to a manager there and was told pay the $200 or be dropped as a patient, instead of working with me. My eye with the cataract is very blurry and in need of immediate surgery, but all Regional Eye Center cares about is money. They are doctors and have to take an oath "To first do no harm." But I guess it is ok to harm when a paltry $200 is involved. I suggest avoiding them for any of your vision needs. George Snider

We immediately called and let them know we would be late more than the 10 min allowed. We were asked if we would be more than 20 min late which GPS said we would be 15 min late. We were put on hold and the lady came back on the phone and told us they would still keep our appt. We arrived, went inside and were told that since we were more than 10 min late it kicked us out of the system and they would schedule an appt for another day but they could not see us that day. We explained that the manager said they would still see us but they treated us like we were liars. If they wouldn't see us we wouldn't have driven the 45 min drive for nothing. They staff needs to learn to go the extra mile and actually see if the manager approved it instead of assuming we were wrong. We will not be back and we will definitely not recommend America's Best to anyone and will be reaching out to Corporate as it is clear customers are not this location's priority.

The building and the parking lot are not setup for the amount of patients they OVERBOOK every day. Expect to be in this place for HOURS as they book way too many patients at once. Today was the worst. Everybody in the waiting rooms are upset and mad that they pack us in like sardines and wait hours at a time. You guys need to stop overbooking us patients and be considerate. It's not a pleasant experience with how many patients you overbook daily. I will leave one star review until you can be more accommodating and not treat us like cattle.

Dr Shah was also very kind she called later that night to check on me and this impressed me as well. I know masks were important but don't give a bad review on the whole office and the doctor, she is very professional and knows what she's doing.
