My wife loves to knit, and we often come here for her yarn, as well as patterns. The staff here is knowledgeable and they have always been there to answer our questions. There are also supplies for other crafts such as beading and sewing. There is a bargain area at the back of the store where we go every visit to take a look for deals. Additonally, there is a tent sale in the summer where there are even more savings!

I found the staff to be older and not friendly at all. Miserable dispositions, except the lady at the cash seemed to be the only friendly one. I wondered around and I found the jigsaw puzzle section! Seems they are almost exclusive to Sunsout. Ok prices. Nothing special. However, it was odd to find KI Puzzles among all the Sunsout, but here's the thing that turned me off.. they sell KI Puzzles for $14.99? The exact same series that are across the street at Dollarama for $4.00! What? Normally KI'S regular pricing is under $10.00, but then they came out with a line for Dollarama for $4.00. Awesome! However, when I saw Mary Maxims selling a $4.00 puzzle for $14.99, I was done in that isle. They have a cool candy section too. Also overpriced. Off I went across the street to Dollarama. Bought 3 puzzles for $4.00 each! Would have been $45.00 plus tax at Mary Maxims. Disappointed in Mary's. They need to reevaluate puzzle prices and hire friendly staff.

Well, I can say that I would definitely go back here again, if and whenever I might find myself in this neck of the woods. It's not next door for me, but we do occasionally find ourselves not too far from here. They sell quite a variety of spices and foods, soup mixes, baking needs, and of course housewares / home decorations. I could go crazy spending in here. We did pick up a jar of corn relish, which I tried out not long after getting home. I have to say it was pretty good! They also sell flavoured peanuts they call "chip nuts" (seems to be a local "Thing" around here, as they do have a bit of competition. OK by me! I love them!) Very surprised to read on this page that Coyle's has been around for so long - since 1899. More power to you! Shop Canadian. Wish we knew more about their history. We enjoyed our visit, and would definitely go back.

To start, I was welcomed into a beautiful store for my wedding consultation and encouraged to look around at all the cute and neat items they stock! I felt welcomed and appreciated as soon as I arrived. To start the consultation I gave information on our wedding venue, theme, what flowers I like and what colours I wanted. Jay took notes the entire time and explained how they crate "recipes" within my budget and how they select flowers. I was also able to look at their quarterly magazine with different floral creations to get some inspiration. I left with a great feeling and a box of chocolates! I was provided an incredibly detailed invoice for my wedding which was broken down into bride, bridesmaids etc. They came in under my budget (taxes and delivery included) so you better believe I put down my deposit. When my flowers arrived on my wedding day I was floored. They were the stunning, bright, fall inspired bouquets I was looking for. They incorporated different plants including berries, grasses and something I thought looked like a little cabbage. My mom (who loves flowers) was left awestruck by how beautiful they looked. I cannot recommend Lyric Flowers enough. They were absolutely amazing, incredibly friends and created stunning wedding flowers for my big day.

They also have strawberries for sale when in season and pick your own in late June, early July. There's a coffee bar serving lots of unique warm beverages and a strawberry ice cream sundae to die for. There's a selection of alcoholic ciders, in-season fruit and veg from their own farm and other local farmers, jarred pickles, jams & honey. Seasonally they also have Fall porch packages, tons of Christmas merchandise including fresh wreaths and foliage, indoor faux trees and so many floral picks for your outdoor planters. Ok -- if it's not clear I go here A LOT! For the perennials and annuals specifically there is a great variety & I have been very impressed with the quality. Their prices are generally better than other specialty garden centres in the London area (though higher than, say, buying at a pop-up at the grocery store). My one complaint is that although recently expanded, their return policy is not as good as some garden centres. I believe the recent policy change on shrubs and other perennials allows to return a dead plant until October of the calendar year of purchase. So say you bought in May and it died in July you could return it. But some other centres allow for return for a full calendar year allowing for the possibility of it dying over the winter. Honestly the only time this becomes a concern for me is when I'm looking at purchasing trees or other items with prices upwards of $100. I love how this family run business is so innovative, quality-focused, and a beautiful space to wander. And did I mention they're dog friendly??? Can't wait until my next trip out!
