It took two exams to save results; he blamed the system but not sure of that outcome. 2. Glasses: one pair was fine and the other was made wrong. They remade that pair but I never had a longer delivery for my glasses. 3. Warranty: it is great. But it is bargaining they don't screw up. The issue is they screw up and it takes too long.
