Lenox Square is one of my favorite malls in Atlanta and it's usually the one I go to first when I need to buy something from the mall. It has very nice stores, a clean and easy-to-navigate layout, and the crowd is great for people watching. I've been going to Lenox for years, ever since there used to be a movie theater connected to the food court. The mall is old (built in 1959), but it doesn't appear that way as multiple renovations have kept it looking shiny and up-to-date. My favorite store to shop at Lenox is Brooks Brothers. Crew, Banana Republic, and Gap among other clothiers. Burberry is located off the main drag near Neiman Marcus. One time, an associate there told me their store was located in the less-trafficked part of Lenox because they, "didn't want to be 'out there' with all the riff-raff!" Wow, I can't believe he flat-out said that to me, but I'm not surprised. It was actually kind of funny. A former Georgia Tech dance team member used to work for Lacoste and sold me one of my favorite jackets. I don't normally shop at Polo retail because you can find similar shirts at the outlets for less cost. I've purchased some nice dress shoes at the Ecco and Clarks stores here. They both make high quality, comfortable shoes for reasonable prices. I've had shoes repaired at Heel Quik. I don't think it's the most economical place to get shoes resoled. I've had watch batteries replaced at It's About Time. It's About Time will replace watch batteries for free if they die within a certain time period. My watch was dying, so I kept coming back again and again to get batteries replaced for free. They were probably sick of me. Well, I finally got sick of replacing the battery, so I stopped wearing that watch (and watches altogether). I once stood in line at the GameStop to pick up in my pre-order of NBA Live for PlayStation the day before it was officially released. I then proceeded to compete in an NBA Live tournament at Lenox later that week. I played Metroid with Joe Johnson and some UFC fighting game with Mike Bibby (former players of the Atlanta Hawks) at GameStop during a Hawks meet-and-greet. I also met Coach Larry Drew and Josh Smith at the Adidas store around the corner. Ran into Zaza Pachulia and Jamal Crawford outside of Faconnable. The Hawks had a whole basketball activity station, dancers, and mascot outside in the parking lot that day. The Apple Store and relatively new Microsoft Store are always fun to check out. I prefer the Microsoft Store over the Apple Store. It's newer, cooler, and more innovative. I saw a girl try to shoplift some things out of Urban Outfitters, but she got caught red-handed. I've had lunch with family at Lenox Square Grill. I've met some friends for a birthday dinner at Prime steakhouse and sushi. I can't tell you how many times I've eaten at the food court, most of the time at Sarku Japan (double meat, please). On Christmas Eve, I saw Warrick Dunn, former Atlanta Falcon running back, rushing home at closing time, hands full with shopping bags. That same night, I also saw Josh Childress, another former Hawk, who looked like he just rolled out of bed, with his posse. One Christmas, one of my friend's neighbors' trees was selected to be the Christmas tree that sat atop Macy's. When they cut down the tree and loaded it on the truck, the tree snapped, so it never made the trip to Macy's. In addition to the above retailers and restaurants, I've been dragged into a bunch of other stores by family, friends, and significant others over the years, so I have quite the history with Lenox Square. People like to complain about the parking at Lenox, but they just don't know where to look. I've never had a problem finding a covered spot in the deck, even during peak times. In summary, I like Lenox Square. It's stood the test of time and has a nice mixture of upscale and mainstream retailers. read more

Lenox Square Mall, where the working class goes to buy things they cannot really afford at stores that cater to the aristocratic class. I make an okay living as an attorney and was offended at the price of a belt in the Louis Vuitton store ($525 before tax). My cheapness aside, the bells were ringing at the shop and at other stores (MCM, Burberry, Sak's) as people of all backgrounds just put it in the bag. I never judge a book by the cover, but the flossing level at this mall by such a diverse cross-section of people will have you either praising capitalism or lamenting wasteful consumerism fueled by credit card indebtedness. My social commentary aside, this mall is a very nice one. There are scores of comfortable seats with free phone charging stations. The mall is unlike so many others because of the various level of stores. From the highest of the high end (Tesla car sales showroom for example) to the low end (off brand shoe stores and $10 price point clothing stores). The food options are plentiful as are the parking options. Would that there were more restrooms on every level. If you have young children or a weaker bladder, you should scout out your limited restroom options. I usually dislike malls and prefer online ordering. However, my visit had me enjoying some of the best people watching in Atlanta. At times it was like I stepped into a glossy rap video. Step around another corner of the mall and it looked like I stepped into a shopping spree for Thurston Howell the third and his wife Lovey. I saw young Asians who had young African Americans looking at their hip-hop stylings in envious admiration. The cross-dressers blurring gender specific fashions and style lines. The elderly gentleman with the low hung jeans and a gaudy Gucci belt. The classy Morehouse students in well cut suits. The preppy teens (African American, European, Latino, Asian) looking like they were going to the Hamptons for the weekend. The young mom with multiple kids in tow dressed to the nines (including sequins!!!) just to shop. On Good Friday people were buying clothes getting ready for Easter Sunday. I know I saw at least five choir directors in the Louis Vuitton store buying LV leather, bronze metal studded shoes. Would that I could reevaluate my investment choices it would definitely be in hair weave bundles and MAC pancake make-up. I saw at least $50,000 in hair weaves alone. You have to love a place where the brokest woman has her, as the youth say, edges laid and face on fleek. Even with all the tomfoolery and conspicuous consumption, the mall had a homey feel and people were just going about their business enjoying a day of going into debt...I mean shopping. read more

Simon Malls owned Lenox... accessible via red line Buckhead, or yellow line Lenox stations. Or one can come here via local free BUC shuttle, if sans car. Very high end boutiques.. went window shopping, and nipped into both TUMI and Williams-Sonoma. Multi-levels, with food court on the lowest floor. Bit of Vegas feeling all up in here. So many stores the very same as in Palazzo! One could mall walk daily in here, and probably reach size 2 in no time, the place is pretty huge. Awesome, comfortable, plentiful seating for those non-shoppers. there are even outlets for one to plug and charge tablets or smartphones... too funny. 8% sales tax, for those who want to know! Very clean mall with lots of options to choose from. I enjoyed walking around the mall and it not feel like a ghost town.

And.. one mall to rule them all.. 'The" mall to hit for out of towners on a serious shopping trip. Has practically every store worth going into. Plenty of parking spaces too. Lenox Mall is both a blessing and a curse. Home to almost every store I regularly enjoy shopping at and then some, close to my office, a short drive from home, with restaurants galore, Lenox is my favorite place but also the bane of my existence. I am. So. Broke. From designer brands that I would never have thought to find in any plebeian mall to the lower quality shops that can sometimes get you a great deal, there's something for everyone. I tend to shop at a lot of the same higher priced clothing stores, which rack up an excessive credit card bill. I've had to stay away from Lenox, my first love, because of my quickly increasing credit card debt. I used to walk here during my lunch breaks to grab some Starbucks and would stop by Sephora and J. Crew on my way to the coffee kiosk in the middle of the mall. Valet parking is available, there is plenty of parking deck parking. I never brave the parking lots anymore because it's just a waste of time. There are some crazy good restaurants and dessert shops in Lenox, not even including the food court storefronts. I LOVE Zinburger, with their huge burger menu. Some of the other restaurants are a little pricier but definitely worth a try or two... Or three, like True Food Kitchen or Bantam + Biddy. Lenox isn't the most expensive mall in the area, as those who have experienced Phipps Plaza can expound on. However, this is still Buckhead and it's not cheap. While I do enjoy shopping at Perimeter Mall more, as I don't feel so inferior there, Lenox is sometimes that one stop shop for stores not really found anywhere else. read more

Not for the mall itself but MCM. The customer service is exceptional ask for Edward. When I approached the store he came immediately with a smile and opened the rope for me and my son to enter. He answered all my questions and I looked at several items before deciding. No pressure and very patient as I have been a loyal LV girl since high school but my most recent purchase of 4 grand and a very damaged purse left me not wanting to invest anymore money with there product unless the quality improves and or they make it right. So being a first time MCM patron I am extremely happy with my purchase. Plus getting several compliments in Miami over the weekend made me that much happier that I made the switch, and Edward even texted me 4 days afterwards just to offer his assistance should I need any and personally thank me again. Not customer focused. Major fail today. The Apple store was holding an adapter for my computer till 7pm when the mall closes. I'm heading out on a flight and need it to do work on my flight for a meeting. I arrived at 6:47pm at the front door to Lenox, to make the 3-4 minute walk down to the Apple store to pick it up. Security said the mall was closed and I could not enter. So now I can't work on my flight. If the mall closes at 7, why was I denied entry at 6:47 pm? Security would not listen of course. If the mall closes at 7 - have it close at 7 - not 6:47 pm. I'd like an explanation as to why this is okay. Very unprofessional. Lenox has also done a pretty poor job managing traffic into and out of the mall, picking some of the most inconvenient entrances and exits for CV-19. read more

My favorite mall in Georgia. I have been visiting Lenox Square for about 30 years. I have always enjoyed it. The mall has changed over the years but I think California Pizza Kitchen has been there in that same spot for decades. That was the first California Pizza Kitchen that I ever tried. Mmmmmm. Wow, it's a mall. Really nothing special about this mall; and to grab a quick lunch is about the only reason I ever come here unless I'm shopping for a present for a female. Lenox Mall does offer quite a few stores and some of them are the "big label" stores, and of course they also have the cheap looking kiosks all over the place selling everything from smokeless cigarettes to cell phone cases to toe nail clippers if that's your thing. Most recently I visited here to get some hands on time with several Sprint phones. The Sprint kiosk employees here were great at helping me pick out a new phone, the Samsung Epic 4G. One of the guys here actually owned one and showed me things that it could do with the proper software. It looked great and sold me, so I went online and ordered one. I then returned to have my numbers ported over from my old phone but their machine was broken and they referred me to the Sprint store across the street which was less helpful than the kiosk at Lenox Mall. So I guess Lenox Mall is great since it is across the street from my office. Otherwise, I would come here maybe once or twice a year. It's a great mall for those that enjoy shopping. It does lack a good choice of places to eat, but has plenty of stores for you. read more

It has been 9 years since I visited this mall. It has definitely changed for the better. High end decor. Bright. White marble and chrome everywhere along with gorgeous leather seating everywhere. This mall has just about all high end stores. J Crew. MACY'S, Nordstrom, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Neimans, Vince Camuto, Garretts, Urban Outfitters etc. It's the perfect place to dine, shop and people watch. An eclectic blend of people. Valet parking and ample parking lot. I took Uber from there because I was tired. Driver had no problem locating me even though it was a mall. read more

Higher end mall with stores such as: Prada, Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton and Bloomingdales etc but also stores like Express, J Crew, Soma, Guess and Macy's etc. There's a Starbucks and a food court with a CPK. Plentiful parking although everyone likes to park in the same areas. This place gets highly congested and packed on weekends and even more so on holidays so be ready! Located in a great area with high traffic. They have tons of restaurants too, aside from food court, like True Food and Cheesecake Factory. Restrooms need work, as expected. I go here often and enjoy going. It's not huge so you could spend about 2-3 hrs here and be good but that also depends on your retail addiction :) Overall, one of the better malls I've been to with relevant stores and fairly clean (overall). read more

What can I say about the mall very packed overcrowded a lot of young people come here just to walk around I don't see too many of them shopping however I do see older people come and shop. The mall has valet parking it also has the cheesecake factory and a nice food court as well I can name a few restaurants starting with chipotle or Taco Bell five guys California pizza. If you're a shoe fan They do have A lot of shoe department stores inside the mall also there's a couple repair stores for cell phones. The prices from the stores are moderate to high I do see some expensive stores here if you have expensive taste. Whenever family come to town i usually bring them here to shop afterwards we can eat at the cheesecake factory. I love this place if you come to Atlanta come and check out Lennox mall. PS if you are staying in Midtown or anywhere around the train station I recommend that you take the train to the mall it will save you so much time trying to find parking up here read more

Theres also an inside bar where you can order, and walk around, sip, and shop. The food court is also diverse!! Theres so many places to choose from that you dont see where I'm at. The mall is huge, with so many stores! It's attached to the JW Marriott, which was a bonus during my stay. I walked the mall twice and still didn't see all the stores. The food court has good options, including a walk up beer bar. I found the mall to be crowded but clean. read more

They moved Steve Madden to where the Body Shop use to be. The Body Shop is now where L'Occitane use to be or is now part of L'Occitane. Victoria Secret's is like 3 stores in one. David Yurman still makes my heart flutter. Burberry is back in their original location on the Neiman's wing. It was weird seeing them across from Bloomingdale last year. Parking is still impossible, currently they will block off parking near Macy's so that you can exit in one direction. In the minds of the people that plan these kinds of things, it probably makes sense, but for those of us that are born and raised on Lenox, its a hassle. If you wanna people watch, or shop for designer threads....this is the place to do so. You can shop for whatever your hear desires here, William Sonoma, check, juniors Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters, at least 5 jewelry stores to include David Yurman, and Cartier, Anchored by Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Neiman Marcus. No matter your budget Lenox has something for everyone. read more

Nothing says "upscale retail experience that you'll want to enjoy again and again" like having to pass through a metal detector at the entrance, passing security guards and off-duty cops every few hundred feet, and navigating hordes of people that don't seem to have any shopping agendas and reek of weed. read more

Nice clean shopping center. This is a popular spot so parking is horrible. They have valet. The mall is two stories and there are digital boards to fund the stores you desire to see. There are upscale and average stores here so you have a variety. There are tons of window shoppers or posers stunting their fashion statements. It's crowded and requires patience and time. Don't come here if your trying to be quick it's an impossible task. Overall nice place to go. read more

This mall has EVERYTHING! They have Anthropologie, Madewell, Neiman Marcus etc as well as urban outfitters American eagle and others. They have sushi in their food court and even a whole California Pizza Kitchen if you want to sit down. Highly recommend! Nice mall, very clean with private parking lot. Mall Security was extra nice and asked if I needed any assistance. This mall is nice with a lot of high-end stores. This was my first time visiting this mall and I'm impressed. Upon exiting I noticesld a sign that said Lenox was a Simon Mall... That probably explains why it felt like home! I love Simon Malls! Or westchester Mall in white plains, Ny. so basically me and my sister came to the lynx mall to have fun and just look around, we came in and everything was fine and we were wearing Columbia soccer jerseys and we went upstairs and a guard stop us and said we needed to leave. we remanded respectful and left but she stop us because we were wearing colombian jersey. i don't know her name but she was black and she had braids. every other guard didn't care, they said they looked good but for some reason she had a problem. she ruined my whole day and i hope someone humbles her. fuck you girl, you know who you are bitch. read more

With sadness I have to say this mall is not appropriate to shop anymore. It is too violent. Many of the higher end stores left for dawsonville outlets. I used to love shopping the many stores and strolling with my woman. Now it's simply unsafe. Beware if shopping and have a high degree of situational awareness. It's a violent mall. read more

Parking is a pain, it's unnecessarily crowded because people just go there to be seen and hang out while carrying empty shopping bags of designer stores. This location has limited hours most malls are open until 9pm but today as I entered the mall I was confronted by a mean security woman sitting down next to the escalator taking on the phone, she told me NOT to come in in a rude voice and said they were closed..when I attempted to ask a question the security officer threw up her hand waiving me on..I wanted to buy some items but I'll have to wait until I get back to Nashville tn read more

Lenox Square Mall was exciting for me! We were in the ATL for the weekend and of course, shopping was on my list of fun things to do! I love the array of different stores/shops they have. My favorite, being that I'm from Cali was LUSH! I am a huge fan of LUSH EVERYTHING!! So...naturally I was super excited that I could walk into a LUSH store in GA! The smells are so phenomenal and yummy! Not to mention that the products are made of quality cruelty free ingredients! My favs are the new shower bombs. Sugarfina was another favorite! It is a cute little luxury candy boutique! You can get cocktail gummies and rum and coke candy treats. I also liked the Nike store as it has 2 floors of clothing and shoes. I think the experience of being at Lenox Square was my excitement--as this mall has name brand stores (Prada/Cartier/Louis Vitton etc) that are not in everyday typical malls. Tip: parking is free if you park in the lot near the food court. It was an easy entry/exit. read more

I used to be a regular mall goer. I loved walking through the space and window shopping (as well as regular shopping haha). But recently, I have really enjoyed ordering online from the comfort of my own home which was also easier on the wallet. Anyways, I came to Lenox Square because I needed to bring the clothes I ordered from Banana Republic to get the security tags taken off. Yes, can you believe they mailed me a suit with them still on it? Lenox Square is just across the street from Phipps Plaza and it appears to be a really popular place to go. There are tons of stores there but I decided not to walk around too much because it was the holidays and there were tons of people. Outside of Banana Republic (which is 2 stories here and they have both men and women's clothing) was La Fete Chocolate which was offered a nice treat on my way out of the mall. There aren't very many high end stores here and if you want that you'll have to go across the street to Phipps. It's a decent mall but I have seen many more that have a better collection of stores. read more

I used to go to Lenox Square mall fairly often before I got too crotchety. I feel like I need a Xanax to deal with the place, especially regarding parking at peak times. It's a huge structure with a multitude of shops and eating options that skew more upscale. I'd suggest avoiding the mall on weekends unless you love crowds. Thank goodness for internet shopping. I was not excited to have to go to Lenox for any shopping since the shoppers there are very hostile. I had to bite my tounge to go there since I needed to look for my size. Lenox is probably my favorite mall in the state of GA, next would probably be Perimeter. It has nearly all the stores that you would need to shop at in one place. From designers to department stores, it serves my needs for shopping. My favorite stores to shop here are: Sephora, Madewell, Club Monaco, Zara, Jcrew, Banana Republic, etc. Designers I like Bulgari and Cartier a lot, very friendly service. People at Louis Vuitton tend to be snobs but maybe it's just the sales people I've encountered. They redid the food court a little while back and it looks so much better. I always go to the teriyaki place, sooo good and inexpensive. Perfect combination. :) Speaking of food, definitely try to Amarino Gelato in the middle of the mall, yummy! I will say that it can get pretty busy during the holidays and weekends and will be hard to find parking. If you know where to park, it shouldn't be that much of an issue. I always go for the garage that leads me right to the middle of the mall where there's Banana Republic and surrounding stores. And if you still can't find what you what then Phipps is really close by which is very convenient. There's also the Shops at Buckhead Atlanta if you want to shop more designer brands/boutiques.
