This mall quite literally almost has everything across three levels of shopping and has some great anchor stores too, including Neiman Marcus. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of how they handle parking here by blocking off so much parking, which is now reserved for valet so they can charge you. Which I think is absolutely absurd when there's ample ample parking at the mall, but because they block it off, there's literally almost no parking at the mall. With the size of this mall, I would expect all parking to be fully open to anyone and everyone who wants to come in here and park and shop. What is especially great about the mall is that it has stores that I have never seen anywhere in the Midwest area for example Sandro and Maje. The eatery options are nice and lots of seating available throughout the mall. High end and both budget friendly shopping available. There's a new asian beauty store at Lenox Mall called Sukoshi and it is absolutely adorable!! They carry a lot of great brands, and have products for makeup, skincare, hair, bag charms, and more! The interior is really cute, with a green and pink theme, and the displays are beautiful. Staff was super welcoming and helpful with suggestions, and I really enjoyed browsing around the store. Lennox Mall has a great mix of high-end stores and unique shops that make it stand out. Even as indoor malls become less popular, Lennox still offers a strong variety of fashion stores and fun experiences. I loved the pop-up shops, especially Denim Tears, the staff explained the brand's history, which made me appreciate it even more. This mall dates back to 1959. There is tons of parking available. They offer valet parking and Upfront Parking Plus. I had no issue parking in the free garage though and it was not a far walk. The mall is huge spanning 1,558,678 square feet. There are three anchors: Neiman Marcus, Macy's and Bloomingdale's. The mall is 3 to 4 levels, depending on where you are at. This mall features almost 250 specialty stores like FENDI, Burberry, David Yurman, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tiffany & Co., Apple and Zara. The food court is decent sized but seems a bit dated. Restaurants include GW Gyro & Wings, Popeye's, Five Guys, Work Dragon, Shake Shack and Chipotle. Security is very deep at the mall. You cannot go anywhere without seeing a security guard or police officer, which is comforting. They even patrol the garage and lots regularly. You can tell that the mall is a bit older, but it is well maintained. they have an ample amount of restrooms available and they have interactive information kiosks throughout the mall for those needing assistance. There are also beautiful skylights and picturesque fountains to add to the malls ambiance. Who says malls are dying out? This is a nice mall that is located in the heart of Buckhead. It has more than enough parking, tight security, and just about every store that you want in a mall. This mall is ok. I'm visiting from Houston & it doesn't compare to our Galleria. It has high end stores but they're on the same floor as regular stores. Idk if they didn't have the room or that's just how their layout is. The Galleria has a floor dedicated to only high end. The Nike store was very nice though. I had a really disappointing experience with security at Lennox Mall. We were taking pictures when the first security guard approached us and told us that we just needed to separate. We respected what she said and immediately did exactly that. A short time later, a second security guard came and told us we were not allowed to take pictures at all and then kicked us out of the mall. This was very frustrating and confusing because we had already followed the instructions given to us by the first guard. The issue wasn't even the rule itself, it was the lack of consistency and professionalism. If taking pictures isn't allowed, that should be clearly and politely communicated from the beginning. Being told one thing, complying, and then being removed anyway felt unfair and poorly handled. Security should be trained to give clear, consistent information instead of contradicting each other and escalating situations that were already resolved. Now I'm hearing we were also kicked out because my friend had a vape in his hand by my other friends and that's why she had to follow us back out the mall but we were told it was because we were taking pictures the whole time. read more

So when searching Timberland, Lenox Mall pops up, but I'm not gonna put Lenox in this post, this is ABSOLUTELY about the TIMBERLAND store..."PERIOD!" The manager at this store is a complete F-ing A-hole. I mean that with my full chest when I say. If I was his manager, I'd immediately send him to customer service boot camp. Easy story, bought some really expensive boots through Klarna, a third party payment company TIMBERLAND uses to make money. I didn't like the color, immediately reached out to the COMPANY first, Before Klarna, before dealing with the manager/ ahh-hat TREVOR, and sadly their ai return model was not helpful. Called Klarna, their advice, take the boots to a store to handle the return. Came to Lenox, the busiest mall in Atlanta, fought the parking lot, fought the crowds, avoided fighting Trevor because after all that, he completely disrespected me, he and his associates also disrespected the Klarna rep, saying she was lying while she was on speaker phone waiting to inform Trevor that he COULD in fact give me the damn phone number to their customer service line who wasted no time sending me a return label. Thank You Michael at Timberland customer service. You are the reason I'll consider buying from this company again. Trevor should be fired on the spot for his utter disrespect. And shame on the other employees standing around who could have stepped in to handle my issue. I guess Timberland doesn't train their employees on giving a shit. Great for shopping. I bought some kitchenware in Crate and Barrel and my MacBook in Apple. The huge mall has lots of shops, department stores, and of course many restaurants. I feel like I can stay there for a whole day! But during weekends it is usually packed with people so be prepared for it if you really want to do some shopping! read more

They had a good selection of stores, including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Breitling, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, St. John, The Loft, Zara, etc. SAs were pretty friendly and helpful. Their dining options include The Cheesecake Factory, True Food Kitchen, California Pizza Kitchen, sweetgreen, Cousins Maine Lobster, etc., as well as your usual food court offerings. The Pictures on here make it look nicer than it really is. Not a fan of of these criss cross layouts much. There are More armed guards than I have ever see in a mall before. Some with puppy German Shepards that bark at just about anyone. Makes the visit less pleasant, but I get it's to deter smash and grabs, as most of the security are located by the money stores here. This was a bigger mall than I expected and even though it was big, parking was tough for a Thursday at noon. Went into about 5 different stores over the course of the 2 hours we spent there. Each staff member was lovely. Friendly, full of light, and helpful. The place was super clean and bright. The music playing was also catchy. There's a good variety of stores to choose from from Macy's to Bloomingdale's to Tom Baker to designer to things you need if you balling on a budget. I was happy with the selection and felt like I could get most things here. I think there's enough places to fit your price range. Would have liked to see more signage pointing me in the direction of things. That's mostly if I had to get in and out. But for the days where I want to roam around, this is a great spot to do so. Bathrooms were attended to and felt clean. Not a spot tourist should go to. Or rather should say, it's not worth going out your way if you're here for a short amount of time. 11-16-24 It has been about thirty years since I have been to this mall. Unfortunately it is dirty and seems unsafe. Thankfully I came with my husband. We parked near the Bloomingdale's entrance but not clearly marked on where to enter. The Bloomingdale's was nice but once you enter the mall it is definitely in a time warp. Definitely not like Aventura Mall in Miami which is a pleasure to go to. Therefore only go and get what is needed and get out quickly. I asked a guard where the Zara store was got what I needed and left the way I came through Bloomingdale's. Next trip to Atlanta shopping will skip this mall all together and go to Perimeter Mall instead. read more

Nothing will ruin your day quicker than a $75 "gotcha" boot on your car. The signage and policy for that area needs a clearer redesign, if they *truly* wish to improve customer retention. There are few items in this mall I can't purchase at another store with normal parking (not to mention, at lower prices). Amazon may have bad labor practices, but at least they never gave me a pricey parking ticket. All the shops in and around the mall have moved to our "no-go" list. We primarily stopped in to browse and view the Christmas decorations, which were not as many as we were expecting. Overall, very clean, including the public restrooms. Lenox mall offers many stores to shop at. The mall itself is huge and definitely something to explore for a 1st time visitor which is what me and my boyfriend did. It's kinda tricky to get around and there's valet parking towards the front of the mall for anyone that choose to use it. I typically shop high end in their own country at their home stores and not in the states but it's all here if shopping locally for those goods is something you're into. read more

Lenox has changed...a lot. Before I moved to Atlanta, Lenox was the hub for nearly every celebrity in the city. There was never a time when I visited Atlanta as a kid, that we didn't see a celebrity every time we went. These days, it's a little different. Lenox Mall is located in Buckhead, of course. Right down th from Phipps Plaza. The Parking: Huge parking lot and they also have a covered parking deck. Finding parking at Lenox can be difficult, especially on nights, weekends, and during the holidays. Safety Precautions: Over the past few years, crime has increased at Lenox Mall from what it used to be. At one point, there was a shooting nearly every other month almost. Due to these shootings, Lenox has made their premises Gun-free and have metal detectors at the Main entrances and even by some escalators. Just be aware of your surroundings, but I've personally never had an issue here. Overall, Lenox is Lenox. I'd consider this more of a tourist mall, but they definitely have a lot of stores that range from basic fashion wear to high-end designer brands. Lenox is huge, so expect to spend a full day. read more

I like shopping at my usual Apple Store, Bath & Body Works, Nike and The North Face, Bloomingdale's and Michael Kors, etc. Parking is a bit confusing here and there's only one elevator that takes people to the 3rd floor and like one escalator to go through the top higher floor, yikes! The layout of the mall can be better so I have to knock off a star. All food eateries is on the 1st floor. To all my ladies, you'll appreciate the bathroom here. Above each stall, there is a sensor that lights up red if the stall is occupied and green if it is available for use. This is a fancy mall but was surprised at the amount of cops patrolling including a police dog and a pass-through gun detector area (which seems pointless because it's only on one side of the mall? Can't they go the other way? ). The people going there were a mix of fancy, middle + working class and some full hood. I've been to lots of malls around the country and never saw this much police presence so there must be many issues here. It felt safe with their presence but unnerving at the same time.
