Not only did Three Rivers give me the correct prescription but I found the staff to be professional and friendly. I have VSP coverage and had no problem getting the frames and features I wanted. Three Rivers has less quantity of frames than the previous place but their quality is better. I found more frames that I liked here and the woman helping me was patient as I found myself being indecisive on which one to choose. They also send me reminders for when I'm due for another appointment under my insurance which I appreciate. I have absolutely no complaints about Three Rivers and recommend them to friends and family.

So I made the horrible mistake of going to Three Rivers Eye Care, please see my review for them on Yelp for the whole mess. So I show up at Eye Care For You with a prescription in hand hoping that I would be able to get some glasses. They welcomed me like a family member (actually treated me better than my family does) I do have VSP insurance and they honor that just like 3 Rivers does. The major difference is they really honored it, what would have been close to $500 for me at 3 Rivers was less than $150 at Eye Care For you. At 3 rivers it seem like just about everything they offered was not compatible with the lab they deal with. They wanted me to go with the supreme progressives, because their lab didn't offer the progressive lenses my insurance covers. Guess what , the lab that Eye Care For You does. If you are looking for an Eye clinic that is looking out for you, then you search is over. I HIGHLY recommend Eye Care For you. It's worth the wait as they are busy. I told them I didn't even leave the store so therefore I could not be charged with theft and she said yes, I could. The manager running the front was standing behind the cashier supporting the cashiers statements. There was also lines of customers while the cashier was raising their voice at me during this interaction. Perhaps if they want to have everything under lock and key they need to actually have the departments staffed to sell the product.
