Not only did Three Rivers give me the correct prescription but I found the staff to be professional and friendly. I have VSP coverage and had no problem getting the frames and features I wanted. Three Rivers has less quantity of frames than the previous place but their quality is better. I found more frames that I liked here and the woman helping me was patient as I found myself being indecisive on which one to choose. They also send me reminders for when I'm due for another appointment under my insurance which I appreciate. I have absolutely no complaints about Three Rivers and recommend them to friends and family.

She took the time to explain to me what is currently happening with my vision. She is thorough - I felt seen and heard. Ali assisted me in the optical department. She helped me select a frame, as I was undecided. Ali also broke down what my insurance included. All and all an excellent experience. I recommend Longview Eye and Vision and Dr. Irina Rutkowski.

I went to this place because I wasn't sure where else for me and my daughter to go. I paid this terrible human $700 PER PAIR of glasses!!! Mine fell apart not even a week after I had them and she wouldn't even help me fix them. I was told, when I first went in, that if I didn't like my choice they would let me exchange them for a different pair just that one time. Which I was perfectly fine with. But when it came to me actually hating them (especially since they didn't fit me right and were falling apart!!!!) and wanting to go ahead and do that exchange...it was "past my alloted time." THEN!!! Yes, there's more!! She threw a FIT and further made me feel like a terrible human when I asked for our prescriptions!!! It took me over a month of calling and (FINALLY) going off on her just a tad...just to get some crap, half-done, hand written, Rx. And I couldn't even use it!! I had to pester for another few weeks. At this point, she brought up the kind of insurance I had. And it all made sense. People should know how judgmental and terrible this place is. I have never felt like such a piece of garbage for trying to get something my daughter and I needed. We LITERALLY can't live without these. I wish more people would speak up.
