Buying a home can be very stressful and Kim did an excellent job of checking in with us on a daily basis as well as setting expectations of what we can expect next so that we didn't drive ourselves crazy sitting and waiting for the next update. What we valued most about Kim is she made us feel like a priority. She and her team do an amazing job balancing multiple clients (both sellers and buyers at different ends of the real estate spectrum) and their response time to our daily questions, e-mails and text messages were literally answered in minutes. Talk about TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are new to the buying or selling of real estate it's critical to choose an agent that has a positive reputation as well as the experience to back it up. Kim is that agent! She has 25+ years of experience and is deeply networked in the real estate community. It made us feel so much more confident knowing that Kim knew various seller agents, reliable mortgage lenders, escrow companies and even dependable contractors should we decide to take on home renovations. A big bonus about Kim that I think other agents lack is her patience. Before we signed any document, Kim would thoroughly explain the details of the document and would answer any questions we had. Never once did we feel like we were bugging Kim. Kim's transparency is invaluable. We highly recommend Kim and her team for ALL of your real estate needs because her team will give you the 5 STAR treatment. You will find Kim is extremely detailed oriented and has a very proactive approach whether she is representing you as the Buyer or Seller. We are another fulfilled customer of Kim and her Team. We closed escrow on Tuesday and here we are two days later writing a review in the middle of our move because Kim and her team are worth our time.

We learned the hard way and were blind sided by the owner, Michael. We asked for a certain budget and found out through our meeting he was indeed 8k over and never told us anything until we asked about it. I attempted to resolve the issue with Michael by just requesting a partial refund of the initial deposit, due to the misleading information and lackluster performance. However, he was so professional, where he actually chose to ignore my message and ran off with my money. Overall, I do not recommend this business.

We needed new floors and carpeting. They came right out for the estimate and they spent time with us going over the different types of products that would meet our needs. We love what we chose. We're most impressed by the floors in particular. They're soft to walk on, super easy to take care of, clearly are going to be quite durable, and they're really, really pretty. Lexi, Zach, and Adam were all professional, kind, and considerate. Throughout the project with us they went the extra mile in every way, even staying open late for me once. I live almost an hour away, and they waited for me to come in even though I was running late. They made coffee for me, too! Usually when working with a well functioning company I feel like I'm an appreciated customer, but the people here made me feel like I was a truly valued customer. I recommend them highly.

David was instrumental in helping us locate the best people to perform several different services including estate sale prep and execution, interior painting, new carpet installation, professional interior cleaning, and landscape clean-up. Arranging these services would have been very difficult to do from out of state. Additionally, David and his team were excellent in keeping us abreast with all the most crucial aspects of the sales process to ensure we were able to receive the most value for our parents' estate. We were left with unfinished floors, poor workmanship, and a huge mess to figure out. That's when Serrano Family Flooring stepped in. They immediately helped me figure out what we needed, assisted me with ordering the additional flooring, and got our project back on track. They completed the installation in a timely manner, and the difference in workmanship was incredible. The entire crew was awesome -- on time, professional, neat and clean, respectful of our home, and true craftsmen. Our new laminate flooring looks absolutely beautiful. And my experience with Serrano went beyond the flooring. Melissa in the store helped me choose gorgeous natural limestone for our bathrooms, and Angel took an inspiration photo I showed him for our fireplace and turned it into a reality. He truly took my vision and created my dream fireplace. The craftsmanship is beautiful. After such a stressful experience with the original flooring company, having Serrano Family Flooring come in and take care of everything was such a relief. They showed up when they said they would, took pride in their work, and made sure everything was done right. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Serrano family and team. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for beautiful craftsmanship, professionalism, reliability, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
