They asked what account I would be using, and I replied to use the same account that I deposited the checks to. They stated that this account is a business account and could not be used to make change. Really? I have to have a personal account to exchange smaller bills for a large bill? Any restaurant would do that, not to mention that Central Bank is a BANK! Pathetic and BTW, I am asking my neighborhood association to consider closing the account and open with another bank that is more accommodating to their customers.

She always remembers who I am when I call with a question or problem. I had a wreck back in May and had some medical bills and wound up getting my car totalled out. It seemed like I called every couple of days for a few weeks with a question or concern, or needing them to run interference for me with State Farm's claims office in TN, and they were always there to talk. I've never felt like a number or a dollar sign when I've called or stopped by. I liked the service I got from them so much, my girlfriend switched her car insurance from KY Farm Bureau to State Farm, and actually got a better rate too. I've steered a couple of people to them as well, and they've all been happy with the service they get. I'm only taking away a star because I'll get autodialer calls from them every now and then for some sort of promotion or new financial product they're running. But, if a real person's calling, they call the office, I just let all of their calls on my cell phone go to voicemail. It's not a really big deal, and I realize it's a marketing tool for them, but it's slightly annoying.

The offender's insurance agency declined to settle, citing an obscure technical legal point. State Farm came through for us straightaway. We paid our $500 deductible, got a fair settlement and moved on. State Farm, unfortunately, was out the money that should have been paid by the other party. Fast forward a few months later: I get a check refunding my $500 deductible! WOOHOO! It turns out State Farm's team was busy behind the scenes doing their legal thing and forced the other party to pay up! Which is only fair, considering the circumstances. The bottom line is, if you want the personal touch, get your insurance from a person with a team of real people who care. I don't know that I would have gotten this kind of consideration from a website or an app. Great job, RB Brown and State Farm!

you are not in good hands with allstate. if you are considering sean shah as your insurance agent…read more- you better think again. he is the worst insurance agent around. my mom had hail damage to her roof and he never and i say never did anything for her!!! i had to call and set up everything myself. they had an adjuster come out and tell us she had hail damage all over her roof and they only wanted to pay 2,600.00 then we had two roofers come out and told us the roof was damaged all over from the hail and then an allstate adjuster came out and said there was no hail damage!!! allstate does not want to pay anyone for hail damage so beware - do not use allstate or sean as your insurance agent!! never use allstate - you are not and i repeat not in good hands with allstate. this has been a nightmare!!! our roofer told us that he had 10 roofs with hail damage and every company paid to have the roofs replaced but the three people that had allstate insurance did not pay to have their roofs replaced because they said there was no damage. they should be reported to the attorney general's office - they are ripping off people who have actual damage to their property. beware and do not use allstate or sean shah as your agent!!!!!!
