He didn't make us feel like just another sale, but like actual people. I'd also like to give a shout out to the finance guy -- I don't remember his name, but he was such a good vibe. My mom and I were laughing the entire time. This wasn't like normal car shopping; it was actually fun and entertaining. Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. I arrived at Korum Hyundai, and the gentleman at the front office told me he couldn't see the comment and therefore wouldn't be able to look at the wiper. I ask if they could still try to fix it since we are living in WA and not having a wiper working is kind of a big deal and would make a rescheduling complicated because it would have to be a non rainy day so I can drive the car. With zero compassion, the answer was no! As a result of it, I won't be able to use my car for another week and IF I'm lucky and it is not raining next week for my appointment, I can come back. That was a very poor customer service with zero consideration of the situation.

The dealership is spotless, organized, and everyone we met was genuinely friendly, not the "I've had six coffees and a quota to hit" kind of friendly, but actual friendly. Our salesperson Sean was an absolute rockstar. His knowledge of the Kia EV9 is next-level, seriously, the guy could teach a master class on this thing. He explained every detail in plain English, answered every question without missing a beat, and somehow managed to make torque, charging rates, and drive modes sound exciting. Sean made the whole experience feel more like chatting cars with a buddy than sitting through a sales pitch. Jacob was also awesome, super helpful and made sure everything behind the scenes ran smooth as butter. Together, Sean and Jacob made a dream team. The whole dealership runs like a well-tuned engine, clean, professional, and welcoming. Even the coffee was good (and I'm picky about coffee). You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you're even thinking about checking out a Kia, especially the EV9, go see Sean and Jacob at Kia of Puyallup. You'll leave with a smile, a great car, and maybe even a new favorite dealership. The Kia EV9 is flat-out awesome, it's like driving the future but without the sci-fi soundtrack. The instant torque, smooth acceleration, and whisper-quiet ride make every trip feel effortless. No gas stations, no oil changes, just plug in and go. The tech inside is incredible too, from the massive screens to the ambient lighting and smart features that actually feel smart.     We had our car in for the brakes not working at the Honda dealer next door where we bought it. The…read moredid the work, and it came down to thw ABS module, but the Warranty department wanted pressure readings, which the Snap On scan tool isnt capable of. They came to Sunset Ford and told them what was going on and Sunset Ford told Raidon Honda the issue was likely the ABS module. So we bring the car to Sunset for diagnostics and their response is nobody knows how to bleed the brakes properly and they believe a system flush(which was done before being brought into Honda and Honda did it as well), and they want diagnostic fees for us to get our car, or they want to to flush the system and 500 to a grand. Replace the master cylinder which has already been done, and then flush the system again for another couple thousand. Then more steps to do things that have NOTHING to do with brakes going to the floor. They admitted what the issue was to Honda and they are trying get another 7 to 8 grand because the warranty wont cover redoing work. Which rightly so. They are scamming a disabled veteran. This is a KNOWN issue with Ford TSB, they excuse is well the NHTSA orders to resolve the issue for free and replace the booster and abs module expired in November of 2025 so therefore that cant be the issue. That 2 ASE certified master techs at another location, Honda Rairdon techs, and myself and my son who have been working on cars for years until we moved where we cant even add windshield washer fluid all agree the brakes were bled properly. Its standard procedure on ANY scan tool. The procedure is outline in the Ford TSB for this issue, but they claim nobody can do this but Ford.

They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

Over the course of 1year, this dealership had my car for 7 months of the year, First 3 months I had to go there due to some misfiring issues I had with my vehicle, turned out to be further issues lying in the engine had to get a vehicle replaced, which was covered through my warranty, (they also charge more than what outside warranties cover, so had to still pay on top of it) I assumed a new engine okay, so I'll be good for pretty good time, as I just daily the vehicle to work and home. 2 1/2 months go by of just being a daily driver, as I headed to the store the vehicle stalled on me, confused I was able to start it back and pull into the parking lot, noticing I am now In limp mode, CEL is back on, vehicle is misfiring heavily, I was able to tow it back to the dealership, and showed them the codes I found, and explained the issue. They found the issue was the VCT sensor was bad (they used from previous engine and didn't tell me) later tried to tell me and charge me $10,000 for repairs, and I had to argue with them stating it's INSIDE THE ENGINE, and it's covered under the ford warranty due to the engine replacement, after some time was abled for them to actually confirm it and continued with the repairs... As of yesterday Roughly 3-4 months later I was able to go back and pick up my vehicle after 3 month back order for cams, along with then notifying me a retainer clip on a hose was broken off and replaced with a zip tie, and wouldn't be covered by them. (I've not touched inside the engine bay, only the dealership) Along the route back home I had an issue with the CEL reappearing and misfires appearing. for the safety of the engine, I had it towed the remainder of the way, along being able to check codes, the same codes appeared, and in back in the same spot I was last time, without a vehicle... warranty had saved me money, but the incompetence of the techs/employees there failing to properly fix an engine is beyond me.. 2 times for me with over $40k work in the engine, and still they can't get the job done properly..

To put it in perspective, I'm a single mom who has trust issues. I worked with Darren and he did literally allllll of the work. I was convinced that there would be NO way I would be able to get a car and he made sure it got done. Like literally would not take no as an answer. I would highly recommend ANYONE to put your trust in the hands of Darren and Bickford. EVERYONE I met with was helpful and encouraging...no pressure, no tactics. Today I'm sitting in my comfy, safe car, and I have no worries that I will be safe outside of my home.

I called them to get my track diagnosed and repaired…read more I was told it would be done by wednesday dropped it off on sunday night when I did not receive a update on Wednesday. I called them Wednesday night and was told it would be done by Thursday afternoon. But to find out they had not touched my truck yet. They lied approximately 9:30 am on Thursday I received a phone call that they took a look at my motor and it needed to replaced That would have been nice to know on Monday. Then, I was told I would receive a $7000 bill because my motor had to be put back together before It could leave. Another lie i told them to stop working on my truck and push it outside. It still cost me $2200 for a couple hours of work what they did not document the hours on my bill.. Terrible experience so bad I went and bought GMC . I will never visit brickfird again and my service advisor never returned any of my phone calls left 3 messages on Friday, trying to figure out what to do with my truck and when I could pick it up, I've never received a phone call back, finally drove down there and paid them. The ridiculous money and had a tow truck pick up my truck! I would not recommend taking your vehicle there I'm not sure they know what they're doing. Terrible service.
