I've been…read moreserviced at multiple location throughout NJ and some out of state for last minute appointments. In all my experiences I've never been so frustrated with a location as I have currently grown to with the Lawrenceville, NJ location. As you can see, this is my second review for this location. And I'm glad I never deleted the first one as I was asked to do by management after being giving a small "gift". I am automatically charged $119.99 every 31st (or last calendar day of each month) as my monthly membership. Additionally I get add-ONs (6D Volume/sometimes I request a master stylist) in the amount of approximately $50-60 (tip included) so I'm spending approximately $220-230/month on lash services if we're doing the math, that's going for 2 refill appts a month: $119.99 monthly membership charge+ Master Stylist Fee (2x/month) + 6D volume (2x/month) + tip of $20-30 (2x/month) depending how good my tech is. Recently, I noticed I was charged $239.98 on May 31st. from Lawrenceville, NJ Amazing Lash location. I called and informed the girl on the phone that I was over charged and wanted to know if she could look into it, she stated on her computer screen my account had only been charged $119.99 and a "manager would get back to me" but she couldn't say when, maybe a time or even a day as to when a manager would be available. Understanding it was Memorial Day, i left it alone and I tried again the very next day, twice. No update. No phone call. No manager available. Just no help. I tried AGAIN yesterday, and got the same response. I have one concern with this part: So basically Lawrenceville has been operating for the last 3 days with no management or supervisor on site? So the business is running itself? The lash techs are making their own decisions and the young girl at the front desk who NEVER KNOWS A DAMN THING? So who is running this place?? Because I've waited 3 days to hear back from a manager. Moving on, I was scheduled for an appointment at 11:30am on the same day I was charged, May31st. I called at 9:30am. After I told the girl on the phone about my situation and she gave her favorite line "I can have a manager contact you" she asked if I was still coming in for my appointment and I replied, "I'd prefer to postpone it until we get this issue figured out" and I said that because how the hell can a company expect me to spend more money with them when I feel like they just overcharged me and had no way to help me figure it out? A person is supposed to just keep dishing out money without resolve?! But to make it worse, her response was to remind me that I'd be charged for canceling! I know the policy. But that pissed me off. I'm telling you there's an issue regarding my money and you're reminding me that if I don't show up for my appointment that you're pretty much gonna take more of it. So had I taken my appointment I would've been charged almost $300 in ONE DAY for lash service? That's unreal and unacceptable. So this is it. I will NEVER go back there. I've already emailed this exact issue corporate and let them know about how unprofessionally run this place has been. And it's sad because a lot of the negative reviews sound exactly like some of the stuff I've not only seen but have witnessed myself. To the managers at this location: Please do better. Do better in being proactive in customer service and satisfaction. At the least Be available! You're absence and your staffs complete disregard for quality customer service is a direct reflection of YOU! Please do not respond to this review with the same copy and paste responses giving me an email address and telling me to call so we can resolve the problem because I've tried that route already and I can see that's how you tend to amend the situation after people have to vent on Yelp and drag your business to the public. Keep your apology. It's useless here. You are playing with peoples time and money. Two things I personally do not take lightly. To the young girl at the front desk: I know you try to act professional but I am also aware of how you handled customers, cutting people off while they're talking just to tell them you'll have a manger contact them is still UNPROFESSIONAL. You put no real effort into helping customers and it shows. Especially in these reviews. But hey, you still got your job so I guess that's all that matters. In conclusion, I came to my on resolution: Screenshot my bank statement. Contacted my bank to dispute. Going in person to cancel my membership. And they will never hear from me again.

I had a brand new tech but where is a supervisor to check work?! I looked better walking in I have sparse lashes ...today at 2 I return and I'm hoping someone knows how to properly do lashes or just give me my damn money back
