I decided to go with a second mortgage lender do to a lower interest rate. The second mortgage lender decided to use William Young at Southwest Florida Appraisals for the appraisal for the refinance. That appraisal came in approximately $20,000 less than the first appraisal in which my refinance was denied due to the lower appraisal. Both appraisals were less than a month apart. So if looking for an appraisal to refinance or to buy a home I do not suggest using Southwest Florida Appraisals.

He also brought up charging her card regardless of pickup, which may be policy, but it was completely unnecessary since she never refused to pay. He eventually arranged an alternate pickup, which was a simple solution but the way it was handled made the whole process unnecessarily. Simply put it, disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. If pickup changes are going to be treated like an annoyance, don't advertise that you accommodate them.
