You see the appraisal management company my lender used for some unknown reason extended the due date past my closing date. So that's the date that they would be giving me my appraisal and if I didn't like it take it up with them because I was not their customer. Yes, she actually said I was not her customer because I didn't directly order my appraisal the appraisal management company did. Although of course I am the one that pays these costs in the end. I hope everyone remembers how these people treated customers when work was in an abundance and not use their services in the future. Choose a company that will treat you with dignity and then maybe they will understand how things work.
