Very personable and helpful. With the new remodel of the SLC Airport, I wasn't sure where to meet my driver. Michael communicated by text the day before to let me know he would be transporting me from the airport and tracking my flight. I was texted clear, concise and specific instructions about where to meet him. He also included pictures of the areas to head to for ground transportation and where to meet outside. The desk for the shuttle is near the luggage pickup at the SLC airport, which means that you don't have to lug your luggage very far to catch a ride up the canyon. We booked a round trip there at the airport, and had the receipt sent to us by e-mail. Our driver was very nice. Insisted on doing most of the work getting bags into the van. We hadn't requested a private shuttle, but since nobody else was leaving the airport during our time slot, we had the van to ourselves, which meant that I could take the front passenger seat and snap some great mountain photos while we were on the road. When we got to Alta Lodge, our driver used the courtesy phone to let them know we'd arrived. He got our luggage out for us, hey, why not take it easy - it's 8,600 feet! And then he was on his way. The return trip back to the airport was much the same. This driver was not as talkative, but the driving felt safe and pleasant. Tip: Have some cash ready to give your driver a tip.

I just returned from the "Classic Shortie" which was an organized trip visiting several Chilean hills with a couple of days of cat skiing at Arpa mixed in. We had anywhere from 3-4 guides a day for our group of 11 skiers. David (Gomez) Johnson, the company owner, is very hands on and was with us every day of our tour. He and his guides do a fantastic job of making sure each and every customer gets the ski adventure they want. In addition to that we enjoyed several different nights out to experience the local cuisine and culture. Our accommodations were top notch as well. While not inexpensive this company provides an excellent value for everything it includes. I look forward to traveling with them again in the future.
