The massage was so good, and Anton was very experienced and diligent. I checked in, and was treated to water or tea. After filling in a consent form, I was led to the massage quarter by Anton. It was a mattress on the ground with some pillows, with some see through curtains offering limited privacy. There were dimmed and colourful lights, with some groovy exotic background music. I was given a T-shirt and some loose drawstring pants to change, and then Anton walked me through the process. He told me to relax all my muscles - to not resist nor help him in my movements - and that he'd start from the bottom and move upwards. The massage lasted for an hour, and it was the right balance of intensity and comfort. Some parts were of stronger pressure, but when the massage ended, I was so relaxed that I was near asleep! Have been going here several times with different masseuse and enjoy most of their massages. Definitely a relaxing experience and they end up giving you a sweet camomille tea as you pay. Yes, they'll ask if you're okay with 15% for tip but I haven't had an incident where I wanted to change it.

Some parts of the massage hurt like when she used her fingers and toes to lessen the tension in my back and neck but nothing was unbearable. She focused on my back, shoulders, and legs. The deep tissue massages through my sore muscles was very much needed! I particularly enjoyed when she'd distribute her body weight by stepping on my back and legs. If you've never had someone step on your back, here's a place you can try it! Sandy also used Thai oil and it made my skin feel and smell amazing. I love how comfortable the room was with great smells, a comfortable massage surface, and really relaxing music. In addition for massages, I prefer if there's minimal talking and we didn't speak at all which was a bonus. I was so relaxed I drooled and was drifting to sleep! They have a special in store - $49 for 45 min foot massage and 15 min neck massage. They have individual rooms for their customers. Each room has a couple individual sofas. For foot massage, they give you a foot soak in a wooden bucket. The masseuse has pretty good technique and can find your pressure points. The male masseuse also had good pressure. Note: The masseuse don't speak English, and the TV only has Chinese characters and laggy streaming speed. The girl at the front desk can speak English and is helpful with explaining packages and insurance coverage. No tax if you pay cash or debit. They provide you with fruit and a cup (cold) tea during your massage. Improvements: Can have some background music or English TV.

This was a shock and it is a disgusting habit, so during my 45 minute foot massage, I struggled with the idea of her hands on my feet right after she smoked. 2 - The front desk reception lady was rude, has been in the past, when I asked about the TV not working properly... she dismissed my request. Then it was her that called me after I left, asking for a bigger tip, but never asked me why such a small tip, then she said "never book Vivian again". I am very sensitive to smokers, others could be allergic, and it is a vile and bad health habit and should be kept private, and at least done outside their back door which I know other staff go to... I would never book Vivian again because of her unfortunate smoking habit then touching my feet or body, but mostly the front desk lady is rude, has an attitude, and I truly hope the owner reads this post and takes action to correct this staffing issue... There are other posts citing similar problem with her...all other staff have been nice over the years. I have shared this story with 4 other people that were clients at Warden, and they said they will not go back to this location. We found a few other decent places.

I'm no expert but this was possibly shiatsu, although they told me this was Chinese massage, and it was different from the usual rmt in that they press on points as well as the usual moves. I was super happy with the service and value. Also the amount of effort she put into the job. I asked for 45 minutes which is $50 cash and seems a fairly standard price in Chinatown. The pace was much faster than I'm used to and it seemed that I almost got the usual 90 minutes worth in 45. Of course it's not the same, but quite impressive amount of work over the 45 minutes with no downtime or inefficiency. The room was small, clean and quiet, although I went in the evening when it wasn't busy. There was soft Chinese folk guitar twanging playing quietly in the room and the lighting was nice. The white disposable sheet on the table was great. I met two ladies when I went in, and it seemed like they were the only ones there. One was better at English. The one that massaged spoke only Chinese with rudimentary "ok" in English which was fine and I appreciated not wanting to talk. She ended up using the hot towels on my back which felt heavenly. I tipped $20 since that was all I had on my, but felt worth it compared to the usual $156 bill at the clinic with no tip. I'll be back and felt fantastic on the walk home and the next day.

After the soak and 10 Minutes in, came the constant interruptions of my masseuse, tending to other appointments coming in, making phone calls on her cell phone between touching me , talking to other patrons coming in. Did not hear or see the other masseuses cleaning their hands in a span of 5 seconds. Phone by my feet? Way to decompress hah. In the middle of my massage she asked if a male masseuse could replace me so she can tend to what it seem to b another appointment . I declined and then she proceeded to continue and then talk to a second appointment while being on her phone touching her cell phone and my feet. She then told the other man to undress and told him she would be there in 30 Minutes communicating from The other room. I got then moved To another room to complete my second half of the package and she left me there for another good long moment. She came back rushing,violently rubbing me quickly . Absolutely not peaceful at all. Then i said can you go Slower and she went softer. Then she got on the phone again speaking her language out loud massaging me With one hand . I asked her if she could take the call later she continued her call And ignored me and then she hung up and i asked her to stop. Then she kept saying no i will give u longer time i said no just stop . Will only pay for 30 Mins. Then she kept persuading me and i still declined. If u r looking for sanitary peaceful environment then skip this place. If u don't mind the hustle bustle then come on down.
