Ok, but this place is absolutely amazing. Run, don't walk to The Shed for breakfast, brunch, or…read morelunch. You can also order loaves of bread to go, and I absolutely recommend getting the Green Chile Cheddar loaf - amazing! Based on reviews, I ordered the breakfast enchiladas with brisket. That brisket was tender and flavored perfectly. I also stole a bite off my bestie's plate of steak fingers - mind blowingly delicious. In fact The Shed was so good, we went back for a repeat meal the next day. I ordered a slice of quiche and could barely make a dent in the quiche - look at the size of that! The quiche was also pure perfection. The Shed does excellent food, and so they are usually very busy. Despite the amount of patrons, the servers are excellent and quick to get you in and out, while having an incredible food experience. So good, I wonder if they would do delivery to Denver...

I got the option of getting half breakfast potatoes and half beans. I used some of the red chile over the beans and potatoes, and oh my! It was the best red chile I had the whole trip. The queso was a true queso with real cheese and green chile, not the stuff that comes out of a can with canned jalapeños. To top it all off, you get a choice of their home-baked bread. Green Chile Cheddar, please. We each took a loaf home with us and put it in the freezer to travel back with us on the road. My repeat visit was the same meal because it was that good. We sat outside on the patio the second time, and despite the heat, the fans and the covered patio made it very pleasant.

We absolutely love this place and feel right at home in there. In just a matter of two weeks we've tried probably half the menu and know almost everyone that works there now. They're 24hours and good for just about any Mexican/American craving. Standouts include machaca, caldo de res & pollo, desebrada anything, hash browns, plain ole coffee, the buttered bread that comes with the menudo & the must try item being PANCAKES. Their pancakes are seriously something special; I can't even really explain why, they are just perfect.

I got the Mexican plate sampler, and my husband had the daily lunch special. We were sat quickly, but did have to wait for our server (Judith) to come tend to us. Judith was great, friendly &professional. The restaurant was still pretty full from the lunch rush, so it was understandable & being in the service industry for many years I'm observant on when staff is struggling or intentionally neglecting service. When the food came, it was well presented, had good flavor, and the portion had me full too quickly. Rich, I believe was his name was all over the restaurant clearing tables, helping the two servers, restocking, you can tell he took pride in his work. The dining area was a decent size, the building is a little older, but for a local neighborhood restaurant for the price, quality of food and service, it's a good place to come.

Great experience here while on a work lunch!…read more We were sat right away and loved the bright, pretty decor! Service was excellent throughout the lunch! Tried their poblano soup which was delicious! It's very rich and I was nowhere near being able to eat it all but very good! Also had their Poke stack which was excellent as its was incredibly fresh and prepared simply with poke, and avocado which was delicious! Makes for a great lunch!

We meant to get full meal but the monthly special brisket mac and cheese--by far the BEST mac and cheese I've had in some time--was plenty even though we meant to have it as appetizer. The chocolate mud pie was Texas-sized for sure but could use a little more moisture for my taste. Our server gave us some ice cream with it so that helped. Service was great, very attentive, very accurate. This is a place to take everyone for any occasion: some of us were in suits (I came from work), and some dressed very casually, and some brought their newborn babies for a quick meal, but all felt comfortable even in what may appear as posh environment. We had a reservation for dinner; I don't think it's necessary, but it wouldn't hurt. I've seen this place quite packed! Plenty of parking outside and around the place so no worries there. I don't think there's an accessible ramp to the door, but I'm sure they'd be able to help if you called and asked.
