Bill McCann installed a new concrete driveway at our home in June, 2023…read more We are very disappointed in the work completed as our driveway is in worse condition than it was before the work done by Bill; and that old driveway was over 20 years old! The top layer of the concrete is flaking away. Now we have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Unfortunately, we learned that Bill has a reputation for watering down the concrete after we had already signed his contract. We signed up with him because of his father's good reputation in the concrete business. We are greatly regretting doing business with Bill and won't be calling him again!

Got an immediate answer when I contacted them (and always do), came out, planted seed, fertilized, weed control, etc. I was so impressed i hired them to mow to assure we had a lush yard again. Today, it is thick with healthy grass, no weed patches, etc. The only complaint is how fast it grows because in a few days it is like plush carpet. Best feature is the pricing. One of the most economical around. A lot of bang for the buck!

He did not charge extra for the drive as most companies do when we inquire about their services. He cleaned out a huge mess and even let me know that this is something most pet owners would want done a little more often than usual (All of the fur!). Truthfully I wasn't aware of that so to have someone so thorough and knowledgeable share that with me was just an added benefit of hiring Sweep Techs. I do not typically use Yelp but he left his card and I wanted to share my experience with this young company. You will not be disappointed!

The communication was wonderful and Josh showed up right on time, with a professional yet friendly demeanor and they wasted no time getting right to work! I was quoted an hour and a half for the items I needed moved, but decided last minute to have them do a little more and they still finished the job in the time I was originally quoted. They were very careful with our things, and our home. There is nothing I would change about the level of service and professionalism we experienced. I would highly recommend Josh's services to anyone looking for a mover. They also do long distance moves!

There was no communication on what was going on and what we're gonna be the next steps. Their own words "they took more than they could handle" and I need to contact another contractor to finish the job. They would often refer unfinished projects to another company and that company reached out and wouldn't complete it since my residence is in Rochester and they are based on the city. Said company confirmed that often Service Restoration takes numerous projects and end up pushing the rest of the projects to them. Very unfortunate and frustrating.
