The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. There was massive turnover during our tenure with three different nursing directors in the nine months we were there. Weekend coverage is sparse. Communication was non existent unless there was a fall or a crisis. Staff do not introduce themselves and caregivers constantly change so it is hard to know who to approach when there is a question or concern. Although I gave this feedback on multiple occasions, no change occurred. Administration does not treat their residents with the dignity they deserve and does not confer with family regarding care decisions. They are quick to flex legal authority rather than work with family to find solutions. No memory care will be perfect and the Villa at Terracina was excellent in many ways, however their shortcomings overshadowed the positive in our experience. This is a difficult journey for those suffering from dementia and their loved ones. To anyone reading this I wish you and your loved ones the best.

My whole world is turned upside down. :'(. It's been so hard on me. I hope she'll get back to normal soon it's been hard on her too. The Arlington is beautiful hugs and everyone treats you like family and friends . The nurses are very accommodating. They go above and beyond to help my mommy. The social worker Emily went out of her way to be so accommodating. The therapy department is top notch.

Came back to water on the floor called again got the same maintenance man he was puzzled as to why it was this way. Then he had taken pictures of the toilet why I don't know I WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER AT ALL TIMES. We went out again to try to get me walking then we had tea with a friend that came to visit me and I had asked my daughter to run a head of me to get a check for me so I can pay a friend back. I had caught up to her.she got the check and turned to ask me if she could brush her teeth before giving it to me. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The meals here were so good, plentiful and tasty. Servers are very friendly and accommodating. They offer a nice variety of daily activities including fitness classes and movie nights. They have a Happy Hour as well, in a large bright room. There is a shuttle that takes residents to nearby shopping and church services. Great location by lots of shopping centers. My aunt and uncle really love it here and have already made some good friends. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, billiards, and the fitness center. MCN has provided my brother with a "New Home" and a loving family environment. Although he suffers from Dementia, Memory Loss and Paranoia, the support and encouragement of the staff and the attention to detailed planning has resulted in significant improvements in his demeanor in just two weeks. The 24/7 onsite medical team and external medical support provided by some of the best physicians' in Naples, is an important asset providing added value to the MCN Community. On the social level, MCN engages its members to participate in group games, music, live entertainment, and a host of other activities to maintain mental and physical stimulation and achievement. Physical training programs and special mobility and strength activities provide for a healthy lifestyle, adding longevity and confidence to those in need. On a personal note, I would be remiss if I didn't identify another outstanding service provided by MCN. The Marketing Director (Ellen Reilly) and her staff, worked with our family to fully design, procure and facilitated the furnishings of my brother's new home remotely.
