The interact mostly via email, and text (so it is easy to adjust with me pace). You can always go to the web portal to follow what they are doing for your property (including their communication with future / existing tenants, landlords, repair companies etc.). However, whenever you need, you can always call. It is important to know that when you call, someone will always pick your call and explain all the details to you. They are very knowledgeable, very flexible and very understanding either via email/text or on the phone. They won't push for any decisions, but provide recommendations and eventually follow your decision. So far, I am very happy with their service.

Before moving into the place, getting her to reply to emails just to look at the place was a job in itself. Once I moved in, I thought all would be good. Someone had a key to the unit, to this day not sure who, who put wood chips in my sink. This caused the sink to clog on all of days, Christmas. Letting Iryna know about this made her very upset because it was a holiday. But things get better. I had a son born about a year later. When he was less than 3 months old, the front door broke and wouldn't close. This happened to be during the "cold" months and windy days. When I told her I needed the door fixed, she said she wouldn't be able to do it for 3-4 weeks. This is the front door to the house, the only protection from the elements and others coming in. This obviously made this new father extremely upset, and I had to not only get the HOA involved, but also code enforcement. She quickly stated she no longer could be the property manager. For the next 4 years of my lease, I dealt directly with the homeowner. The owners of this unit are amazing people, and I thank them for my time there. Sadly, Hurricane Milton did some damage to the building and unit. After paying for the unit for 5 months, even though I couldn't live there, I had to break my lease. The unit got a ton of black mold from the Hurricane. Before I moved out, a shakeup at the HOA happened, and fixing units got changed. I couldn't say whether it was fixed or not, but I would double check if I'm a renter looking at the place saying Iryna is once again the property manager of it.
