That is until I went to Grand Family Dentistry on Jones Creek in Baton Rouge. I had to go to get some relief from a tooth that was hurting severely. I informed the staff how I struggle with fear and anxiety. This staff took care of my issues like never before. Kay and Tara got me situated and prepped - x rays first. Then an angel of a doctor appeared, Dr. "D" they call her. She was so caring and reassuring, going over my x rays with me. A topical deadening product was applied and was given enough time to do its job. Then she injected my gums with more deadening product - she was amazing - no pain. Then nitrous oxide was administered and the tooth was extracted, one stitch and it was time to turn off the nitrous oxide. This was absolutely the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. No pain whatsoever- no apprehension, no anxiety and no fear. I have been back twice for additional work and will continue to go to Grand Family Dentistry where Dr. "D", Kay and Tara are absolutely the best at what they do. Yes, I highly recommend this place.

He saved us from having to do surgery later on to correct it. He treated all of my childs issues in less than a year and we just got the braces off last week. My son's teeth are so beautiful and he hasn't stopped smiling since. We will go back in 5 years to have the second phase of his treatment completed but he really saved us by treating him early.
