The WN office is very clean and staff is extremely friendly. Service was sub-standard. I was charged up front to repair a tooth on a partial that lasted less than a month. In addition my insurance was also billed. Charges were above reasonable for the 'zip code' which they claim is how they set their fees. I checked with other dental offices that offered same day repair. They also added a office processing fee each month to the bill. read more

This was great when Dr. Westerman was there. Dr Wynn is sloppy. He's not as picky like Dr. Westerman not as qualified. He did horrible work on me. Probably one of the worst dentist I have ever used only interested in the money not clean not neat not caring in a hurry, and by no means nothing compared to Dr. Westerman. read more

I still go to WN Dentistry despite it now being out of network for my insurance. The office is always impeccably clean, they take Covid precautions seriously and the staff is always extremely personable and accommodating. For example, I missed an appointment today when I woke up with a terrible headache and instead of penalizing me they found a slot to see me in the evening. My hygienist (Megan) is the sweetest person ever, always shows an interest in me and my life and we discuss our families travel plans during my visits. I credit her advice and coaching to get a water pic and make a few other changes with helping me overcome a case of pre-gingivitis and get my gums back to good health over the previous year. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and other clients, Megan! You deserve that vacation! read more

Went to Dr Nyguen for exam and it was good , but my mouth was not taken care of and he had me do deep cleaning and all these rays pictures and deep cleaning , some bonding and I probably will still lose these teeth I wish he would have said you are not going to save these teeth , but they cannot be saved. So a cost of around 3000.00 dollars I am out pocket read more

I went to dr. Nugygen as a second opinion on a few of my teeth. Was told by my old dentist that left BR that I had 3 teeth that needed to be extracted . He said he could save the 2 teeth by taking off the crowns, cleaning out decay and putting crowns on. Sounded good to me to "save those teeth but he found more decay on another tooth and it needed a rootcanal and could get the decay out. He said no problem , he could drill thru the crown and get all decay out. Well after having dine, he said, I couldn't get all decay but don't worry you can't see decay. Bottom line decay was still there. I went to another dentist and he agreed as did his collegue that all 3 teeth needed to be extracted!. I paid all this money and still have to get it extracted!. Bottom line dr nyugen didn't take the time to tell me certain things. He seemed in a hurry a lot of the time. On a lighter note his dental hygienist and front desk were awesome. I would encourage anyone to do some research as in another opinion if he wants to do a procedure. I won't be back . Feel I was ripped off by him. read more

I had the best experience at WN Dentistry. The staff are wonderful and friendly. And my hygienist was the best I've ever had. She was so informative and paid attention to every detail when she worked on my teeth. And my new dentist, DDS Bobby Nguyen was very nice and honest. He told me what I needed to hear and didn't sugar coat anything! I've had some bad experiences with the dentist when I was younger and avoided going for routine check ups. Service wise probably not as bad as the rating concerned. But they do something without patient consent and make the patient pay. If you have insurance they will get all the money and will charge more for similar treatment by adding this and that if you have better coverage. You do not know as those money does not come out from your pocket. They charge the insurance. In May 2020 we went to have our regular cleaning. We have option 1 coverage of United Healthcare. There were no reason that the insurance would not cover normal cleaning (we declined fluoride treatment too) as visit in previous years with even option 2 coverage completely covered our cleaning charges. We got a bill of $69 and when we challenged it they did not respond immediately. They sent us another bill with $10 up, means $79. There were no company add to previous bills if you have concern on earlier bill. They just did cleaning and probably charged insurance for extra care. I would like insurance company to check on it. I did not forget the burning of my leap by the dentist during my visit of last year. Initially, my plan was to forgive him but it seems they are not pardonable. Those who visit them, please check all their bills and works. It would be better if if you ask them to send you quote (approximate out of pocket) payment. You may not get it. read more

Great Dental office. They can be a little pushy when it comes to getting your teeth clean. They will work with you if you have a problem paying your bill.The office staff is very helpful. Dr. Westerman is kind of old so he gets the other dentist to do most of the work. read more

Saw Dr. Nguyen - he was very professional, nice, and very good at his job. The office staff is A+ too. But fair warning to any patients on a limited income, I walked out with a $500 bill (because what they did wasn't covered by insurance and I guess no one checked before hand, because I had no idea). I referred a friend to their office (before my $500 visit) and she also walked out with a $500+ bill. Great place to go if you can afford it. read more

WN Dentistry (aka WN Dental) is a friendly neighborhood dentist with exceptional customer service: people always greet me by name and remember details from my last visit. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and has recommended precautionary measures that I am thankful I went forward with because they uncovered much bigger issues. I read some reviews about excessive / hidden costs. I found the opposite to be true: Dr. Nguyen was very careful to preview all work with me ahead of time (they take pictures of all issues so that you can see the problems for yourself) and the decisions were definitely all mine to make. The work Dr. Nguyen has done has been meticulous, and I definitely recommend this office to family and friends. read more
