I went from 3-4 days of excruciating unbearable tooth and face pain to being pain free, in less than 30 minutes, and root canal complete in about 55-75 minutes ( I fell asleep, as soon as I was numb, I'm not sure how long it took). I went to my dentist and they called got me scheduled for an hour later. For those that are afraid like I was, they numb you with a local, before they give you the shots to numb you fully. There was a little pinch of pain, when the needle had to go a little deeper, but nothing too bad, just close your eyes and you'll almost do not feel it. The doctor and staff were so kind and patient. No need for fear of judgement from them, which has been what's held me back for years, even after knowing I needed dental work done. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if ever again I need a root canal, I'm headed straight to Dr Simon. Thank yall so much!!!!

He did not come back for 45 minutes(no exagerration). Long enough for the local anesthetic to begin wearing off and the pain from the open pit he had drilled to begin. Had to be painfully re-administered . During one of the apologies from a passing dental assistant, I was told he was finishing an exam and would be in shortly. No recognition or apology for the situation from Dr. Zieler This is only one of the unprofessional and inconsiderate occurrences under his care.
