I went from 3-4 days of excruciating unbearable tooth and face pain to being pain free, in less than 30 minutes, and root canal complete in about 55-75 minutes ( I fell asleep, as soon as I was numb, I'm not sure how long it took). I went to my dentist and they called got me scheduled for an hour later. For those that are afraid like I was, they numb you with a local, before they give you the shots to numb you fully. There was a little pinch of pain, when the needle had to go a little deeper, but nothing too bad, just close your eyes and you'll almost do not feel it. The doctor and staff were so kind and patient. No need for fear of judgement from them, which has been what's held me back for years, even after knowing I needed dental work done. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if ever again I need a root canal, I'm headed straight to Dr Simon. Thank yall so much!!!!

No recognition or apology for the situation from Dr. Zieler This is only one of the unprofessional and inconsiderate occurrences under his care. I was also told I needed to comeback back every 3 months for cleanings or I was going to end up losing teeth. I have never had any issues with my gums and regularly go to the dentist every 6 months for my entire life. This was red flag number one. After waiting in the chair for 20 minutes, someone came in and told me the hygienist was booked today and I would have to come back later in the day or on a different day ever though I had an appointment scheduled at this time. This was the second red flag. I rebooked an appointment for another day and when I showed up at the correct time, I was told my appointment was cancelled and they did not know why. I got no notification and was told I had to rebook for another day. This was the third bad experience I had had from one appointment. I decided that this felt was too scammy and not like a serious dental office, so I never went back. I then heard one of my close friends had the same experience where they were told they had gum disease and would not clean their teeth until they paid for a certain procedure. The Dr came in and gave what my friend described as "a timeshare presentation" about how they can save money by paying $120 a month for 12 months to get the procedure done. My friend instantly knew the vibes were off and got out of there as fast as possible. I then looked at the reviews for this place and it seems to be a running theme of everyone who goes here having gun disease. This place makes their money off of lying to you and telling you you have gum disease or are at extreme risk of it so that you end up paying hundreds to dollars. BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately, my recent experience under the new owner, Dr. Loftin, has been extremely disappointing. I inquired about Invisalign to close the gap between my front teeth. During my consultation, I was given a detailed explanation of the process, provided a quote, and shown a 3D simulation illustrating how my teeth were expected to move and what my smile would look like at the end of treatment. Based on that information, I committed to the treatment and followed all of the instructions I was given. After paying thousands of dollars, wearing Invisalign for months, and completing all of the trays provided, the gap between my front teeth is still there. It is essentially the same size as it was before treatment. Looking at my smile, you would not know that I had undergone Invisalign treatment at all. What has been especially upsetting is that, after investing so much time and money, the solutions offered to me were either veneers--which would require spending even more money--or possibly adding something to the back of my mouth to shift my teeth forward. I understand that dental treatment does not always produce perfectly predictable results. However, after being shown a 3D representation of the expected outcome, paying thousands of dollars, completing the prescribed treatment, and following the instructions, I expected a meaningful improvement in the issue I specifically sought treatment to correct.
