We called him at 1:00 to see how soon he could help us. He was ready ASP, the next morning he called and found us a new set of tires. He was happy to show up and tow the car from the motel to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. He was very nice and communicated the progress often. Overall, we had a very good experience and the would recommend if you ever need help on the road in Illinois.

Called him and within 20 - 30 minutes he was there to try to give me a helping hand. Although he wasn't able to assist me that evening being that it was late and unable to acquire the parts to do the job, he did give me the name of a reputable service center that could early next morning called Purcell tires and service. Next morning I was towed by Michael from Stinnets towing and within hrs was on the road again and on my way. Thanks again Lyle, Michael and the guys at Pilot and Purcell.

Mike knew that our money was very tight and decided to screw us anyway. We made it sound like he was going to give us a great deal and honor the price he quoted us. Sure he did. We maxed out our emergency credit card to pay him to fix an oil leak only to find it was still leaking. We took it back and he said he could definitely fix it. (For another$1100) Why he didn't fix it the first time was certainly all part of the plan, I'm sure. The icing on the cake is this is our only vehicle. We have to rent a car the whole time he has our truck and not fixing it. We are looking for a new mechanic that's trustworthy if anyone out there can recommend one. We're new to Kentucky and don't know anyone so we're going by others recommendations. Preferably one that the waiting area that doesn't reek of cigarettes. Just so disappointed and dissatisfied with this whole experience. Everyone else we've met in Kentucky has been so nice and has been a joy to work with.

It was, My wife was so insistent that ford wouldn't fix it and so i never called and made me take it elsewhere, boy did I pick right the right shop. Christian came to get us, was able to get us safely moved off the highway, then gave our whole family (all 5 of us!) a ride in his extended cab truck to a hotel, lowered the vehicle again for us to get our belongings, and then continued on to take the vehicle to the shop, with a promise to get us picked up in the morning! Breaking down so far from home was trying to say the least, but Christian did everything within his power, going above and beyond to help.

My daughter and I had a tire blowout near Eddyville, Kentucky. A kind man from Paducah saw it…read morehappen, drove past us and then came back and knocked on our car window. He put the spare on, but it was flat so he called his son to bring a compressor, blew up the spare and followed us with his hazard lights on all the way to the last exit to Paducah. Meanwhile we were headed to Metropolis to Harrah's so I called their security and got three names of companies that could help with tire replacement. The first was in Paducah, the second didn't answer as it was about 5:30, but then we were very fortunate to call C & W and although they close at 5 Curtis answered and said he would check to see if he had a used tire that would get us home, and he would order four new tires that we could get one or more of the next morning about noon. The next day he called my daughter at 10 a.m. and said that he had the tires. We went to the shop, had help unloading a very full car, the damage to the tire was shown to us along with the cracks, were told the age of the tires and then asked what we wanted to do. We bought four new tires as ours were six years old. Service was prompt and very friendly as we waited inside with Curtis's wife who works there. When we left Curtis said to be sure to text him when we got home safely. We had another problem later in the day so we were late getting home. As we walked in the door at my condo Curtis was already texting to check on us. We couldn't have asked for better service. We thank God for Curtis and his way of doing business.
