To date, a year on, no leaks or issues whatsoever with the repair. I am definitely satisfied with my experience at this location and am actually headed over to discuss another issue with them this week.

They then refused to acknowledge their mistake even though the evidence discovered when I returned home by my regular mechanic is undeniable and scary. It's not an overstatement to say they allowed me to drive away in a car that should not have been on the road. It was a safety hazard to me and other drivers. They exacerbated one of the worst periods of time in my life. Their shoddy work cost me a lot of money, paid to them for my "repair" and then fixing what they broke when I returned home. We maxed out our emergency credit card to pay him to fix an oil leak only to find it was still leaking. We took it back and he said he could definitely fix it. (For another$1100) Why he didn't fix it the first time was certainly all part of the plan, I'm sure. The icing on the cake is this is our only vehicle. We have to rent a car the whole time he has our truck and not fixing it. We are looking for a new mechanic that's trustworthy if anyone out there can recommend one. We're new to Kentucky and don't know anyone so we're going by others recommendations. Preferably one that the waiting area that doesn't reek of cigarettes.
