I broke a tooth - it was a cap that…read morehe had done for me about 2 years before it broke... he pulled the tooth - was literally there for 15 minutes -- was told to let it heal and I would need an implant - and most likely a bone graph because of my age... kept getting letters from my dental insurance Cigna stating that they needed more information from him -- I would call the dentist office - tell them what Cigna said -- and again the next month would get another letter from Cigna - again requesting more information from Dr Daoud -- after this happened 4 times - I gave up and went to a new dentist -- the new dentist had it figured out in less than 10 minutes and when I started the implant/ bone graph process with the new dentist and they submitted it to my insurance to see how much they would pay -- Dr Daoud had already billed my insurance company for the bone graph -- which I NEVER had -- why would the new dentist say I needed it if I had already had it done -- I have contact Cigna several times over the last 4 months and they have also called Dr Daoud's office -- he still claims he did 'part of the bone graph'... he did none of it -- he was told by Cigna that he needed to return the $$ that they sent him and that I am owed a refund -- so far I have paid over $800 and nothing was done -- and I still can't get my took fixed unless I pay the total amount out of pocket -- in my book - this looks like insurance fraud -- billing an insurance company for work that he never did -- I really don't have any hope of getting any money back -- its just sad to me -- I am 69 years old - retired and living on a fixed income -- I am thinking that I am not the only person he has done this to... the sad thing is that I really liked him as my dentist and put alot of trust in him for me dental health -- very sad for sure !

They walked out with smiles and no more fears of the dentist!! I too had my teeth cleaned, I'm usually afraid and need to be sedated to sit in the chair. Not necessary, Dr. Daoud is beyond caring and gentle. He also explained to my boys ok term They could understand to help them understand the procedure. Dana is amazing as well!! Dr. Picard and his extremely helpful staff made me feel at ease and explained things in detail so I could make the best decisions about my care. I ended up going with just a local anesthesia and it was more than fine. They did everything you'd expect from an oral surgeon's office, sending me home with a bag of gauze, instructions, when to call, etc as well as a new soft toothbrush. The receptionist even called me a few hours after I got home just to see how I was holding up. Classy and appreciated! The address is on Madison, but it's actually best to park behind the building (between Morrison and Carabel) and enter that way.

Had I wanted it done sooner, they actually had an appointment opening within a week as well. Day of the procedure everything went fine. Everyone was really nice and since I didn't have to be put to sleep, the doctor and his two surgical assistants communicated to me throughout the duration of the procedure as to what was going on. I was sent home with a soft toothbrush, Sockit gel wound dressing and clear instructions on icing, care, etc. I was also given a pain prescription, but ended up not needing it. Afterwards I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called when I was experiencing after surgery pain. Everyone in the office was really nice and friendly and genuinely seemed caring and concerned about how I felt. I never felt rushed or an inconvenience. The two surgical assistants were super friendly and approachable and were willing to answer lots of questions. They were both genuine conversationalists which worked wonders for getting your mind off why you were there. Dr Picard himself was very personable and willing to answer any questions as well. He came off as very knowledgeable and confident which made trusting him to do what was needed easy. If I ever have any oral concerns in the future, I will definitely keep this friendly practice in mind.

I was recommended to come here to get my dental work done. So I went on the recommendation. I had a…read morefilling fall out and another tooth broke off at the root. I was seen by an awesome staff that had me scheduled for an extraction the following week. Extraction day is here and I am nervous to what to expect. I paid $30 to get the NO gas. It worked surprisingly and calmed me down. The dentist came in with two large q-tips with numbing gel on them and put one on each side of my mouth. A few minutes later he pulled them out. All numb by then he said I would feel a little pinch as he went in with the needle to numb the tooth. I closed my eyes so I didn't get frightened by looking at the dental needle. He went in a few times with the needle and I did not feel the pinch I did not feel anything. He left and came back in about five minutes. I was good and numb by then ready for the procedure. He laid me back and worked his magic. He pulled out both sides in less than ten minutes. Very smooth like he was driving a Cadillac. I felt pressure but no pain. The assistant gave me my prescription and a few post surgery instructions and I was on my way home. It was overall a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental group. I could not have asked for a better group of dentists, dental assistants, and everyone else to help me with my situation. They were extremely professional and friendly. There is nothing fun about getting your front two teeth knocked out, but I can honestly say I enjoyed myself the entire time I was there. I could not believe how much time each person spent with me to help me out. Kevin took an unbelievable amount of time out of his day to take the time to explain everything that they were planning on doing to me. At the end of my time there, I was very concerned about the price of everything I had done, and was shocked by how fair they were.
