After installation I found that the caliper was hanging up. To make a long story short, the caliper destroyed the pads and rotor. When I say EXCELLENT customer service...let me tell you, the manager himself took every stride to correct the issue. Not a huge store in terms of size but things are packed in on the shelves pretty tight for a maximum number of choices per square foot and they do stay fairly busy the times I've been in here so I guess they're doing something right. Maybe I have to come in here twice a year for something and while the guys that work here are not going to sitting back and writing Hallmark cards or reciting poetry in their spare time they know what they need to know and personally I've always had my questions answered right the first time. What else could you want from an auto parts store?

I was only there for a short time because he took what I told him and matched to the best with what they had. I did not have to look far before making my decision. There was no over pressure sales hype. I then told them what I had for financing and what my number needed to be. While we endure whayvwas almost a death situation. He was able to squeeze my car in and get it fixed in 4 hours. The car alarm was going crazy police hassling while at the hospital by my family's side as they almost passed away. He got me in and out during a short period I had family support to step away from the hospital. He did me personally a great solid and did it fast. Overall the store is on the smaller side. They don't have as much selection on their shelves nor are their shelves full of product the same way you would see at your typical Advance store. A few of each thing with a fair amount of open/empty/blank space is more the norm especially in the back where the quarts of oil are kept. While the people who work here are very nice, you're not going to be calling/coming here asking them for advice or assistance like you see at other stores or at Advance who will install blades or a battery for you at no charge. It's just not that type of store at least not if you come later in the day. Know exactly what you need or be able to ask very specific and precise questions and you'll be OK coming here for basic auto needs.
