Friend was told cat would take 6 hours to detail and had planned accordingly for pick up. An employee called 3 hours into the day and said car was done. Friend had to scramble to get a ride over to retrieve their car. When they got there the car was locked inside the garage and no one was there working. They were never called to let them know they were closing. Finally got on touch with Robert who told us to come back at 3. We came back at 3 and had to wait an hour to finally have someone come and give us the car. I will NEVER give Capi's as a place to get ones car detailed ever again. Stay away!!!!!
